For months now I have been waking up with painful finger joints in one hand in particular. The pain quickly goes (maybe my hand stays in the same position all night and so this makes it painful) but I have been taking these capsules for 1 week, and I have not woken up with pain since. I probably only have a mild condition at this point in my joints, but it has definitely made a difference. I tried changing my eating habits but nothing changed the pain.
