This chair is lovely! It was very easy to put together. If you pay attention to the photos in the instructions (the spacing of the legs and the icons that tell you when to tighten all the way and when to tighten only 70% of the way), it will be easy for you to put together too. I used a flashlight to shine into the holes to help me see I was lined up. It is well made—the wood is nice, it has metal reinforcements around each bolt hole, has little rubber pieces on the foot of each leg so it doesn’t scratch the floor, and plastic pieces to cover the bolt tops on the back of the chair. I wouldn’t go leaning back super hard, as it’s obviously not strong enough to handle a ton of pressure like that. The green one I purchased was true to color to the pictures in the description. This chair is the perfect height for my piano too! I don’t think I could have designed one to better fit with the piano and rug I have. Love!

It is a great looking chair with simple lines! I used it as a chair for a midcentury desk. It could not have fit more perfectly. Inexpensive! Nice looking! Comfortable!

Wood turned out darker than expected and does not go well with the intended table anymore. But it’s a good looking chair and sturdy. Simple assembly instructions.

Hi all, I normally don’t write a review unless I am very impressed with the product. After reading the customer reviews, I was a bit hesitant in purchasing this particular chair but, I purchased a different variation from this company a year ago and was very happy with the craftsmanship so, decided to try this style. I purchased 4 of these chairs for my Breakfast Room and they arrived packaged very well. Assembly was very easy and everything lined up perfectly and it took approximately 20 minutes to assemble each chair. You will read in the reviews that things didn’t align properly and these chairs are poorly crafted but, what I figured out with that is if you put the backrest on upside down, then things won’t align properly which I deduced from some of the customer photos. I’m 5’8” 180 lbs and the chairs accommodate my weight and height just fine and are very comfortable. You will also read that there is no back support…the backrest sets at the mid of my back so, I am able to lean back without any issues but, keep in mind that these are not high back chairs. Once assembled, these chairs are stunning and add a bit of elegance to the room. I purchased the walnut/charcoal version and couldn’t be happier. I hope my review helps in your decision, I think you will be very happy with this purchase.

Love these Mid-century style chairs. Compact, classy, and sturdy. They're advertised at a major furniture store for almost twice the price.

Like other reviewers have stated, the holes for the screws do not line up. For one of the wooden pieces on the backrest, I had to leave out one screw as holes don’t line up. Thus, this compromises the stability of the chair backrest and I am hoping it holds up. Chair looks good but it is lightweight and not very sturdy for the price.

So glad I read, but did not listen to all the reviews. This chair is perfect! I was able to put it together in about a half hour. The instructions were clear. The vendor even provided extra screws if needed! I am using it as a desk chair and it is the perfect height for me. It does not overpower the desk or the other furniture in the room. The seat is comfortable. I have a small place which is a cross between mid-century and transitional. This goes with all. I only ordered one, but will be ordering a second one to go in my dressing area for a place to put my shoes on.

Look at how small the size is .... It's more a child size chair. It was not marketed as a small size chair. Useless and a waste of time to order and assemble

Belles chaises, beau design et bois et tissu d’apparence de qualité. Cependant, à peine un an d’usure et le rembourrage de l’assise est déjà aplati. Très décevant considèrent le prix quand même dispendieux pour des petites chaises de cuisine.

Chairs looked great but poor quality. As others have said the chair legs splay with moderate weight. Additionally, the chairs wobble like crazy due to uneven lengths of the legs.
