As a bit of background, I had a cortisone injection in my wrist a few days ago for chronic work related tendonitis (De Quervain's tenosynovitis) and the doc sent me a link to the "getUBetter" app* which has exercises for aiding recovery. The app has exercises using putty so I decided to buy this one as it has good reviews ( and I preferred the colours 😅) I've just used it for the first time and it really seems like a game changer in terms of recovery. I hadn't realised how much flexibility and strength I'd lost in my hand until I started using the putty, (note I'm using the extra soft at this point), but after literally one use in conjunction with the exercises I feel as if it's made a difference in a way nothing else has. My hand feels more flexible and has less pain than it did an hour ago. I would think YouTube would have similar exercises to the ones I did but whatever condition or you may have with your hands I feel this will help. It's non-sticky, non - greasy, has no scent and feels pleasant to hold and manipulate. I think it would also be great for sensory work. In terms of value for money it seemed a bit expensive before I bought it, but it's worked so well it's definitely worth the money! *side note:if you're in the UK it's definitely worth asking the doc to send you a link to the getubetter app for any conditions as it's really comprehensive - but you can only get it if referred by a GP.

Great. Soft where its supposed to be soft and hard for firm. Great for hands excersice and for kids with dissabilities.

This compound was recommended by my hospital physiotherapist to reduce the swelling and pain in my hands and fingers. The pack contains five different strengths and can be used at any time, for instance, watching TV, listening to the radio or reading. Exercising with this putty has been highly beneficial to my condition and it is non-greasy and leaves no residue. Highly recommended.

The NHS recommended the use of this putty to correct my fingers that I injured in a fall down the stairs. It appears to be working well. I do not have the ability to bend or curl my fingers completely just yet, but they are very much improved.

Bought these nearly 12months ago to use with an autistic child to help them focus in class. They are perfect, the different strengths are great, he picks the putty that he prefers & we use it daily till it either gets too sticky or dirty & then we get rid. With this in mind nearly 12months on we still have 3 pots left!!

My autistic son absolutely loves these, when he's a little bit over stimulated we whip these putties out and it helps him to come back down to normality.

Ich habe die Therapieknete bestellt, um dem ,,Knibbeln" an Fingernägeln, Lippen und Nagelbett entgegenzuwirken und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Natürlich muss man sich selbst in stressigen Momenten dazu anhalten auch wirklich zur Knete zu greifen, aber mit ein bisschen Gewöhnung klappt es immer besser. Die Knete fühlt sich angenehm an und liegt mengentechnisch gut in den Händen. Anders als einige andere Exemplare, die ich bisher getestet habe, hatte sie zudem keinen übermäßig unangenehmen und chemischen Geruch und hinterlässt keine Rückstände an den Händen. Direkt beim Öffnen war ich positiv überrascht ein Hygienesiegel vorzufinden. Durch die verschiedenen Festigkeiten, ist im Set auch für jeden die richtige Konsistenz dabei und man kann je nach Situation immer mal wieder wechseln. Auch die Farben sind sehr ansprechend und bei dem tendenziell doch eher hohen Preisniveau von Therapieknete, ist dieses Set wirklich ein Schnäppchen 🌻

Benutze ich öfters und muss sagen es ist angenehm in der Hand und gut zum Stress abbauen. Bis jetzt ist nichts ausgetrocknet.

Habe sie als Fidget-Toy zur Stimulation gekauft, funktioniert auch echt gut und fühlt sich angenehm an. Nur müssten die Döschen stabiler und Luftdicht sein! Hatte eine geöffnet und nach knapp einer Woche war diese komplett eingetrocknet und ich musste sie weg werfen.

Super Knete, riecht nicht klebt nicht.
