I’ve tried several hydration and lactation drink mixes and this one is by far my favorite!!! I crave this constantly but try to limit it to one maybe two drink mixes a day as the B12 levels are super high and will start to give headaches if you drink too much! I would not take this if you get vitamin B12 from supplements or shots. Other than that, these are wonderful and I think helped with my supply as well! These are safe for the whole family too in moderation! Reminds me of the lemonades at county and state fairs! These might be more pricey than others like it on the market but it’s so worth it and I will continue to buy these the whole time I’m breast feeding and maybe longer!

Pregnant (soon to be mama here)! I’ve had HG during my pregnancy and have had issues with my HR and BP due to dehydration. I started using these packets in my water because my Dr recommended that I try to add some sodium/potassium packets into my water. These are really yummy (I got the strawberry kiwi) and I think they did help! Don’t get me wrong it doesn’t cure anything but has helped, I’m on my second purchase:) I love that they have multiple benefits, hoping to use these to help with my milk production also once sweet baby is here.

I usually drink in a 16 oz cup. I began taking at 35 weeks due to a C-section scheduled at 38 weeks. It has some tart or carbonation to it. It may be the citric acid. I do see an increase in my colostrum when I take it. I also only take once a day. Hopefully its effective after I give birth.

The blue raspberry lemonade is my favorite and only one I have tried. I have tried different brands of hydration packets and nothing can compare to the taste of these. It has the perfect sweet yet sour taste. The salt is not over whelming likeOther brands. Also I am breastfeeding and I don’t feel like my day is complete unless I have had one of these packets. They just Make you feel refreshed and energized.

I bought this in hopes that it’ll help with my breastmilk supply and it help almost within a few hours!! I produced just barely enough for my baby and it has really helped me produce more. Also it taste really good and smells really good too!

They have a very strange taste to them. I'm not a fan which sucks bc I have like all of their products so far. But this one just isn't for me

The blue raspberry tastes great and I like that it is lower sodium than other electrolyte powders. I gave 4 stars because the packets are difficult to tear open and it will rip suddenly and powder is spilled everywhere. Need to use scissors, even though there is a perforation.
