Super glad I bought this
I bought the 3" one because my mattress was starting to sink in the middle and I woke up with bruises on my hips. I am super glad I did! There was a minor adjustment period where I felt like I was really sinking into it but even that was nice. No more bruises on my hips. It doesn't have a smell (either chemical or on-purpose scent; some of these while I searched seemed to be infused with smells and my allergic butt doesn't want that). I left it out for about a day to fully expand and then put it on my bed.The only thing I will note is that there are some tufts that have been ripped off by my cat's claws through the bedsheets. Not enough to effect its use, and that might stop when I've got a winter time flannel sheet on it? But just so the cat people know. It's not that he's scratching it on purpose, it's just from him jumping up and down onto and off the bed because it's only on the side where he does that.

Just what we needed
My guest room bed has a very firm mattress. I was looking for a topper to give the mattress a softer, more comfortable feel and this one does just that. The pad was very easy to unpackage and no chemical smell at all. I allowed it to sit for almost 2 days before putting it on and it was perfect. My daughter recently slept on the bed and was impressed with the improvement; "much more comfortable". The price point can't be beat for such an impressive mattress topper. I highly recommend this.

I re-cushioned my doggie's beds
My dog has two bolster type beds she uses, one in her kennel and one in the living area. She claws the bed to make a nest so the foam breaks down after awhile. I cut up this ZINUS mattress topper to the sizes I needed and slid onto the foam and zipped it closed. It works great to give her the padding she needs in her beds. I had a little extra left over that just fit the floor of her kennel that her bed will now sit on and giver her a little extra cushion in her kennel. Very pleased with the quality of this product. I am a ZINUS fan and I also have a 10" Zinus hybrid mattress on my own bed that I love.

Works for sound dampening
I got this to cut up and put into canvases covered in fabric, as decorative sound dampening in a WFH office. The 1.5" depth is accurate, it puffed up quickly after I unpacked it, and it is a fairly dense foam. It was easy to cut with scissors and easy to work with getting it into the back of the canvases.

Good and bad
I've had the 2 inch for about a week now. Before you open the box decide where you'll be laying it down to fully de-compress which takes roughly 24hrs. You need to be gentle with it when you take it out of the box and begin to unroll it while it is still in the plastic sheeting. It comes folded in half and then rolled up so it looks small. I gently cut the bottom of the sheeting and it started to expand a little. I slit it open along the edge of one side to let it expand. When I tried to separate the foam (it is folded in half) I found it sticks together. If you're not careful it can rip. I did it a little at a time every 10 minutes or so as it was expanding. Eventually I cut along the other side of the plastic sheeting and unfolded the plastic which made a large sheet of plastic that was protecting it from my living-room floor. You need to let it lay somewhere to fully expand so plan in advance where you will do that...best to have a spare room away from kids or pets. You could put it on top of an old blanket or a drop cloth if you don't want to take the time to open the plastic the way I did though. When I put it on the bed the next day, I was surprised how the 2 inches made it actually harder for me to get into my bed so BEWARE of that if you have thick mattresses or are buying it for an older person. I really can't sit on the edge of the bed anymore like to put on socks without a struggle. I'm 5'3"It seems pretty comfortable compared to having the mattress poking me....but then again, I finally got around to rotating the mattress and that could have helped too. I put this foam pad over my regular mattress pad. I knew there wasn't going to be enough room to put it underneath and I saw some questions about the product where people wondered that. There are no instructions on the subject in the box but there are 3 blank greeting cards in there? One is a thankyou card you write your own message and two Hello you blank cards. They seem very high quality for cards but without envelopes they are pretty useless....and who really sends out those cards anymore? I felt a little guilty throwing them out but I am trying to fight my clutter habits. Although I guess it was a nice gesture, it seems wasteful to include them.Laying on the bed feels nice. I do sink in after a few minutes but it is still comfortable UNTIL I start tossing and turning which I do often. My problem is it somehow makes it a little harder to support myself with my arm to flip myself. I've been having some shoulder pain in the mornings and it could be that or many other things but the truth is every night I start off saying this is really nice and every time I get out of bed I say I don't like it. It is a cheap fix to an uncomfortable mattress. Because it's hard for me to dig my heels in or my arm into the mattress to turn myself, I can only guess that is why some people say their pad ripped. Just wanted to give a review because I find reviews very helpful when shopping. Something to consider if you are buying this for an older person or someone with a disability.

Can not truly fix a lousy mattress...
I studied the reviews long and hard before purchasing within my chosen price point and selected Zinus. The mattress arrived in a timely fashion and unpackaged easily. There was no odor to speak off, laid out on top the bed before work and when I got ready for bed it was fully fluffed. I made the bed putting it under my mattress cover, so far it has tried to walk off of the mattress altogether, every week I need to readjust it. I am slightly overheated at night and I still have achy points because of my poor mattress as the title says this is only foam it cannot fix a lousy mattress. Being overheated at night is a bit better than it was before using this topper, but not significantly enough to warrant the titling of cooling as advertised. If given the opportunity it will rip relatively quickly, as I've had this on my bed for a while it has started to squish into a slightly larger size as it overhangs the full size mattress on all sides now where it did not as brand new you can't really see a pocket or an imprint is it does return to normal but the overall size of the mattress is different.

A little soft, not sure I will keep it.
I recently purchased the Zinus 2 Inch Swirl Gel Memory Foam Air Flow Topper in Queen size, hoping to add an extra layer of comfort and support to my mattress. While this topper has some positive aspects, it also left me with a bit of uncertainty regarding its long-term suitability. Here's my detailed review:Comfort and Softness: One of the standout features of this topper is its exceptional softness. The gel-infused memory foam provides a plush, cloud-like feel that initially feels incredibly comfortable. It cradles your body and offers a gentle, supportive cushioning that can help relieve pressure points and promote a good night's sleep.Temperature Regulation: The gel infusion is meant to help with temperature regulation by dissipating heat and promoting airflow. In my experience, it does an adequate job at preventing excessive heat buildup compared to traditional memory foam. However, it might not be sufficient for those who are particularly sensitive to heat during the night or live in warmer climates.Fit and Construction: The Zinus topper comes in a standard Queen size and fits well on my mattress without any issues. The construction seems decent and durable, with a swirl pattern design that adds a touch of elegance to the topper's appearance. The topper also features air channels that are meant to enhance breathability and maintain a cooler sleeping surface.Odor and Off-Gassing: Like many memory foam products, this topper does have an initial odor upon unboxing. However, the smell dissipates within a few days, especially if you leave it to air out in a well-ventilated room. I didn't find the scent to be overwhelming or long-lasting.Durability and Longevity: This is where my uncertainty arises. While the immediate comfort provided by the topper is impressive, there are concerns about its long-term durability. After a few weeks of use, I noticed some slight indentations forming in the foam, suggesting potential durability issues over time. While it's too early to draw definitive conclusions, this aspect leaves me questioning the topper's longevity.Overall Satisfaction: The Zinus 2 Inch Swirl Gel Memory Foam Air Flow Topper, Queen, is a product that offers undeniable softness and initial comfort. It provides a decent level of pressure relief and temperature regulation. However, potential concerns about its long-term durability may give pause to those seeking a topper that will last for an extended period. If you prioritize immediate softness and are willing to take a chance on its longevity, this topper could be a suitable choice. In conclusion, my experience with the Zinus 2 Inch Swirl Gel Memory Foam Air Flow Topper, Queen, has been a mixed bag. While it delivers on initial softness and comfort, questions about its long-term durability make it difficult to fully recommend. Consider your priorities and preferences carefully before deciding whether this topper is the right fit for your needs.

Its a mattress and its comfy, its just a tad short.
Got the mattress to replace ones in our camper. Measured twice as the always say, but somehow the mattress came in about 2" shorter then the dimensions described on the posting, the width however was a nice snug fit (perfectly happy with the width). Looking on the bright side, it gave room for water bottle phones etc. Comfy mattress too, overall I'm happy. I guess now I know what it feels like to come up two inches short.

Bueno a secas.?
Es muy delgado, y al acostarse se comprime y queda casi como nada. 🤷🏻♂️

Made sleeping on my old spring mattress a dream
I don't often review products unless they're books. If I do, it's because I'm either really happy with them or really unhappy. Luckily, this time it's the first one. It may in fact be the best thing I've purchased in the past year. Here's how it is. I have an old mattress, spring type, with spots where the springiness isn't as strong and so finding a comfortable sleeping position could be a bit of a trial. I probably should just get a whole new mattress, but I'm cheap, and worried about satisfaction... if I'm going to drop a lot of money on a mattress, I want to be sure I'll like it, and I've never really slept on a memory foam long term, and some research suggested that memory foam sometimes had a problem with smelling weird or being too hot--although gel-filled ones like these aren't supposed to be as bad--and what if I get one and get rid of my old mattress and wind up not liking it. Yadda yadda yadda, I was dithering for a long time. Then I decided to take a lesser risk and try a mattress pad, figuring it'd let me try out and see how that heat problem might be... if it turned out to be intolerable, I only spent a little money to find out, and in the meantime, it might help me sleep a little more comfortably.Boy did it help. The pad isn't super thick (the 2-inches is from bottom to the textured foam peaks I think, so at its thinnest points it's probably half that), but it's good enough to do the job for me and smooth out all the uncomfortable spots in my own mattress. I've had it for a little under a month now, and from the first day I put it on, I've slept loads more comfortably, and rarely wake up in pain like I used to, and am in generally a better mood. I guess I didn't realize just how uncomfortable it was with that old mattress, gotten used to suffering. Like having an egomaniacal sociopath reality TV star as US President, once you don't have to deal with it everyday, even if there are still tons of problems in the world, everything just looks better all around. My nose isn't particularly sensitive, but I noticed no particular smell (unpleasant or otherwise) and used it the evening I received it (after letting it bounce back from the tight packing for a few hours). No problems with it becoming uncomfortably hot, either, so I guess the gel did its job, although granted I haven't tried it out in the thick of summer yet. If it does become a problem, I'll update. Similarly if it somehow wears out quickly. A month's not a long time to judge a mattress by. But I'm giving it five stars anyway because right now I'm so pleased I bought it.If I have any complaint it's that it tends to, over a few days, slide off-center from the mattress (even when both are covered by a fitted sheet), but I'm not sure that's a problem a pad like this is responsible for solving, and it's easy enough to pull it back when noticed. If having to do that regularly is the price I pay for such good sleep, I'll happily pay it.
