If you want a waterfall like spout this is what you should purchase It's so relaxing to hear the waterfall in the bathtub like a waterfall I would highly recommend this product.

The value and spout system we bought had an exceptionally heavy spot that i knew would rug on the tile as time went. I ordered this one and it served perfectly. Not heavy but secure enough with clear caulk to last a long time. Just wished they include a back wall plate to match.

Beautiful spout at the right price. But the threaded portion of the brass fitting needs to be 1" longer to account for either granite/marble/tile and backer board. Since the height of the spout barely covers the brass fitting, one cannot have the female plumbing part protruding to the level of the tile surface.

My old bathtub out of the water outlet is severely oxidized. Even if you pull up the plug, the water can pass the nozzle, so I must change it.The new bathtub outlet is really easy to install. You only need to remove the old ones, then clean up the water pipe, then wrap the tape and apply the pipe joint compound, and finally screw the bathtub out of the water outlet!This bathtub outlet is a little short for me, and there is still about 2mm from the wall when it is tightened (the best way is to remove the old bathtub outlet first, measure the depth and then purchase it). I filled it with quick glass glue!

The threaded adapter is not for American building standards, as stated in other reviews. The length of the threading is not long enough. Minor changes in the machining can provide a more flexible adapter, but the seller/manufacture has not responded to any real question to solve this issue..

I didn't install this because I wanted a black one. It looks like a decent spout. It doesn't come with instructions but seems simple enough. It looks so much nicer than my current spouts.
