Yes very upset Alison hair was like super glue very upset and Willa hair the white part all fell out. For 80. 00 dollars Very upset.

Q: Did the hair issue sort out?

Yes, you kinda have to break apart the hair then wet it before you soap it. I used hand soap (like a dab, but you could probably use shampoo too) and lathered it in the hair for like a minute, rinsed it with water, and then let it dry. The hair was shiny and soft after.
