I needed a power bank for a camping trip. For the size and price, this one looked good. Plus, I have had good luck with Belkin products in the past. The build quality is very good. I like it has two USB ports and a USB-C port. The USB-C port is how you charge the battery bank. Also, the USB-C port can be used to charge your device, it is bi-directional. There is a button on the side to turn the power on. On the other side are four led lights to let you know how much battery is remaining in the power bank. I charged my phone 3 times with this power bank during the camping trip and it it still had one led light left. It is very easy to use. The one thing to remember, if you plug in a device to charge and it draws very little power while charging, the power bank will auto shut down after a while. So, you have to push the power button again to turn it back on. It will then start charging again and then time out again and shut off and so on. The auto power off has to do this or the unit will stay on forever and eventually drain the battery even if you are not charging anything. It is not a flaw. It just has to draw the line somewhere when it is going to auto power down. But, if you charge any "normal" device (like a phone), it will draw enough power where the battery bank will see it and leave itself turned on until the phone is fully charged. Overall, I am very happy with this power bank.

Worked great for a trip I went on, held a charge well and got me through some longs days.

Solved: It was the cables I ordered along with the battery (different vendor). I tried a cable that I KNEW worked, and it works on the USB-C port on the battery to charge other devices. Original, retracting, but keeping for other's knowledge: I ordered this battery because I wanted portable quick-charge of my USB-C devices. The battery only charges devices from the USB-A ports. The C port does not appear to work as a charging source. Perhaps I need a different USB-C-to-C cable??? I don't know. I've tried pressing the "power" (status?) button, holding it, various combinations, and my phone, for example, never sees any power from the USB-C port. The battery recharges fine from a USB-A to -C source, so far.... Since I can, and do use the battery, it is serving its purpose, but I wonder if the -C port would charge faster. I will not buy this item again unless Belkin (or anyone) responds with identification of what I doing wrong - then, if that works for me, I'll revisit this review.

I got this for my daughter as Christmas present and waited to see if it would last. This works very well and charges all of her stuff. It took us a little while to figure out how to charge it once it died. It’s very sleek build making easy to carry around and take anywhere.

Bought to use on European trip. Charges my phone well. Easy to use on multiple devices. Easy to charge. Compact.

Wish I could give this 0/5. I charged this twice and then it stopped holding a charge. Basically useless. I looked up the product to see if there was a fix and it's common enough that there's multiple forum discussions about it. They have some kind of exchange policy but i don't want more e-waste.

Took this on a trip to Europe and it did amazing quickly recharging my phone/camera on the go. It's not lightweight but not super heavy and is easy to plug in and set on the table while you're having a meal. I thought it was a great value for the money.

Very poor quality. I bought this back in August and have only used around 10 times. The power bank won’t charge my phone. When pressing the button on the side, it lights up for less than a second and turns off. Have tried to charge it again and still won’t work. All 4 lights light up as well
