Good quality belt that gets the job done. I keep this in my gym bag at all times now and use it a couple times a week. I do pull-ups with 90 pounds on the regular and this has no problem attaching to my two 45 pound plates.

Perfect for the money. Comfortable. I use it for doing weighted dips I only hang 35 lbs on it but could definitely handle more.

I use it for pull ups but I’m sure it can be used for dips and other exercises. It’s durable against 45lbs plates, the size of the chain is good, it fits nicely on my waste, it’s stable enough to hold up the plates, it’s a little long and not that thick, but it is stable and easy to use.

I want a leg press but theyre pricy. So..I bought this, and 2 inexpensive yet functional band sets with clips that are very heavy duty. Whole thing cost less than $100. And I have a welder total gym with the sliding board. I hook up the bands to a post, hook up the waist trainer to the bands and put it around my waist and using the bottom board I use it as a leg press and it works. Need more tension? Move it away. Need heavier weight, get more bands. This is a game changer for people with litter space especially since the bands can go in a box. And its more versatile.
