The wiring was basically ready to go, I am an amateur at this kind of install but it was quite easy. The Service via whats app communications was absolutely GREAT ! I may have asked to many questions 😳 but they were Very Profesional, excellent explanations and we got it done. I installed in a 2003 Mercedes SL500 and it's a great upgrade for the car.

I used this product for just 6 months, now it the backup camera doesn’t work at all. Sometimes no audio comes out the speakers. Tried to updated the firmware and absolutely there is no where to find the file to update the firmware. So the product is not worth and the product support is not supporting the customer. Don’t waste your money on this product.

this radio is a complete failure, it worked excellently on Spanish stations. This is a waste of $312.16 I have since replaced it. I would have like to be refunded!

My oem head unit went out bought this unit straight plug and play. You will need to bypass the cd changer and voice control module that is very easy just need to take the interior apart. Highly recommend this, this is just like the head unit I have in my 2016 wrx and it does the same thing as it as well
