From Germanmarketplace online:1. Open sachet and give the packet a quick knead to loosen potatoes.2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry potatoes for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Turn over from time to time. Form a round shape working from the outside towards the centre. Fry for another 5-6 minutes.3. Turn Rösti over (for example by sliding it onto a plate), and fry for another 5-6 minutes.

This is a classic German and Swiss-German dish, largely unavailable in supermarkets, and ideal as either a quick dinner, especially with cheese (yes, untraditional, but deliciouis) or as a vegetable.

The instructions were written in German. I do not speak German. Where can I get the cooking preparations in English. I asked but No one knows German.

We have been looking for potato pancake mix. Retail stores no longer carry this. All that's inside this package is hash brown potatoes all squished together. Cooked but threw away as they were bad news. Pricey too.

It needs to have directions in English! Previously, I bought Knorr brand and the directions were in English. My German is too rusty for cooking.

These are so delicious. I just wish theywood Crisp up a little bit more and not fall apart so easy. But I totally recommend them them without any hesitation.
