My husband has a feeding tube and the protein shake prescribed does not provide enough substance and very watery. This product has provided a huge improvement to his health and gives him the feeling of feeling full. This is what you call a real meal replacement. Only side effect was constipation but I’m not sure if that’s due to a mix of medicine and this product yet.

While the ingredients are excellent, this varietal is not for feeding tubes that use a gravity syringe. Not sure if the flakes in the High Protein are parsley, or something else, but they block the small hole of the syringe so this is not usable.If you use another method, it may not be an issue, but would not recommend for anyone that uses a syringe in feeding tubes, and the gravity method.I didn't immediately see this feedback, so wanted to let others know, as the product is not able to be returned or exchanged.Regular and peptide versions do not have this issue.
