Will not stay on the dog. It keeps falling off

These bags come from China and took a good 3 weeks to reach me. I've tried them once with each of my 2 dogs. I walked each dog separately, which I usually don't do. The Chihuahua mix was jumpy at first, but used to the clip and bag after about 2 blocks. He's an active guy and knocked the bag off center with some tail action. I tapped it back into position using the clip and the bag worked as it is supposed to. The Schnauzer mix has a docked tail and decided to stop and sit on the bag. With a little encouragement she also used the bag properly. But then sat down again and the bag and clip came off. The plastic bag contained everything so it was no problem to pick up with a regular poop bag. Sorry if this is TMI, but that's why we buy stuff like this. I think we will all get better with practice.
