I filled mine with various essential oils, scented candles, cones and other room fragrancing products. The baskets filled are heavy which doesn't seem to cause any problems.The baskets would look great in many different settings ... country cottage style, rustic, shabby chic, farmhouses etc.Things I like** These baskets can be used to store many different products ... makeup, crafts, jewellery etc.** The attractive hoop and button (toggle) closure** They have a natural pleasant scent** The smooth finish enables these baskets to be simply wiped clean with a damp cloth.** The bottoms are flat and these sit evenly on any flat surface.** The baskets can be nested together to save on space when not not In use.** Being made of a natural product the contents inside are able to breathe reducing the possibility of mould.Things I don't like** Nothing to dislike.PriceThe price of £29.99 (price correct at the time of this review) is comparable with other sets of similar products.Thank you for reading and I hope you have found my review helpful.

This set of storage boxes are genuinely lovely, they are made in the tradition of the old style wicker baskets but made with woven seagrass instead. Made from hand these are a nice eco-friendly alternative to plastic containers and have the advantage of allowing the contents inside to 'breathe' as well. While air-tight plastic containers are sometimes useful, other times you may have items that benefit from not being stored in such a way.As a package this set of storage boxes are superb and when not in use can easily be stored stacked inside each other, when full you can stack them on top of each other instead. The lid is fastened using a small loop of elastic over a small wooden toggle, simple buy elegantly useful.Personally I love these due to the fact that they look great and can be placed anywhere unlike the more normal plastic containers you get which while functional are lets be honest pretty ugly things.Best part though is the eco-friendliness as they are made of sustainable materials and if they should ever break they are by their nature compostable unlike plastic boxes which end up cluttering land fill. Highly recommended storage solution.

I love these storage baskets, I had similar ones many years ago made from wicker, but the seagrass is much nicer in many ways. Firstly, they look really nice, they don’t shed like the wicker did. I’m using the largest one for my crochet, the mid-sized one for embroidery threads and cross stitch bits and the smaller for haberdashery associated with the crochet and embroidery. They stack nicely as none of the contents are heavy. The lids are a perfect fit and keep everything neat and dust free. The closures work week and look great. The baskets have wire frames that mean they are nice and strong. These would look good in any room either stacked or side by side.

Probably good quality not happy with the appearance it looks much bigger they were to small and you couldn't get much in them couldn't store much in them.

I love these for my office at work. I hide tea in the top one, protein bars in the middle one, and junk food in the bottom. Stacked up, they're really cute and tidy. The hinge is just a piece of jute twine, so they're not super sturdy, but they are sturdy enough (there's like a wire frame so they keep their shape) and forthe price, I'm really satisfied. They just take care of the clutter and leave a clean area.

I have these basket on my lounge, I keep small bits on it, like cables, paper, pens. It always looks tidy and clean, because everything has its place now. Sturdy and durable material. Versatile and beautiful. Loved the design.
