I have anxiety when it comes to clipping my dog’s nails, and this clipper really helps. Lifesaver for My Dog! I can’t say enough good things about these nail clippers. My dog had a claw nail that the groomer missed, and it had started growing into his paw. He was limping and clearly uncomfortable. We ordered these clippers overnight, and I’m so glad we did. They were easy to use, helpful to have the LED light , super sharp, and cut cleanly with one quick trim. Within 24 hours, his paw was already looking better and he was walking normally again. These clippers literally saved us from a vet visit and helped my dog feel relief almost instantly. If you need reliable, no-nonsense clippers that get the job done safely, these are the ones. Pretty good, not fantastic. They are nice and sharp, clip my dog’s nails really well. The light is a HUGE help to see where I souls and shouldn’t cut. I’m terrified of hurting her so that light is a game changer! She has some dark nails that obviously are harder to see through even with the light but if you look closely, you can still get a good idea of what you’re doing. The white nails are easy peasy. That was the biggest selling point for me and my favorite feature! After only 5 uses the little button that holds the clippers closed when not in use fell off so now they have to go in the drawer open; that was a little annoying. The nail file is decent, but not very rough so it takes longer than it probably should to do some filing. Long enough that my dog gets really annoyed and doesn’t want to let me finish. But they are easy to use, easy to squeeze, and a good product. I have a bad wrist and even with that, squeezing the clippers isn’t difficult at all. Cleaning is a quick rinse. I haven’t used them enough to see if that will cause rust in the future though. The grip is also really nice and comfortable. The battery cover for the light comes off a little too easily for my taste and I worry that, down the road, that might start falling off too. If the button and file were better I’d give it a full 5 stars.

Thes work great on my chocolate lab. They cut well and feel like a good quality. I like the light to make it easier to see, however, keep in mind that if your dogs nails are black, you cannot see the quick!

Such great clippers. Easy in the hand and since I have 4 Livestock Guardian dogs WITH dewclaws this is a big deal. Sharp and efficient

Usually trimming our pup’s nails requires 2 of us to do it with her old clippers, but with this new clipper, it only takes one of us. This new trimmer is sharp & quick enough to do with one easy snip, and the light made it so much easier to see the quick, so we didn’t traumatize our pup, and there was minimal squirming around on her part. I highly recommend this product!

So let me start off with, the light my fav! My girl has mixed color nails, super helpful. The feel, ugh it's nice and lightweight. No grip except a slight curve. That file, hope you have STRONGGG finger tips, or you'll be subject to a game of war whilst trying not to chip your own nails. At least that file won't fall out easily+++. Now let's start with my negative. I thought these were SHARP, as the advert stated. How ever the sharp doesn't matter if the equipment is strung a tad better. My doggo has medium-very semi thick nails. Whelp. My baby's nail broke bc it was twisted in the blades. Now she, after 11years of manicures from me, no longer trusts my skills. I soon fear she may put ME out to pasture. I am pretty upset that I lost her last pair (great pair, lasted her and I years), I will not throw them away bc i feel they have potential with a screwdriver or something.

For 15 years I have clipped our dogs nails and wish I had these LED clippers earlier. They are easy to grip, cut nicely and make the process quicker and safer for my dog. The light makes it quicker to see where I'm cutting and he appreciates being done sooner! If you appreciate clippers that work well and make it easier, these are the clippers are a great choice.
