Was bigger than I was expecting, really good quality and I couldn't believe how quickly it heated. I like that it has 2 different functions, the flat plate and the trays so you can use it for a variety of dinner parties. Found it really quick and easy to clean.

Brilliant. Heats up in ten minutes. Keeps the food hot. Made our Christmas dinner so easy for 14 guests. Def recommend

Bought 2 of these from this company and must say I am very happy with my purchase Tested this one out and it stayed on and keep food really warm to my surprise hot I had it running for 3 hours (don’t know the cost yet of electric for this ) How ever food was pipping hot which is great and was not dried out Also I noticed that while keeping food warm it switches off and back on again which is really good After reading previous reviews I bought heat mats for it to sit on so work too don’t get burnt from tray underneath I do think the company should advise customers of this by making recommendations for heat mats had I had not read any reviews I would have been upset to have a burnt worktop as the feet’s on the unit is not high enough to protect surfaces It’s really good as I have really really bad shoulder issues which I can’t cook like before due to pain so my dinners get cooked for me and is placed in it so I can help myself when I can On the whole it is brilliant I have not tested the other one yet but love this 100%

Arrived with cracked handle which was disappointing 😞. Other than that, it's a good size, heats quickly and will be well used.

Use this every Christmas when I feed 12 for Christmas dinner. Great to help keep food warm before serving
