I like everything about this humidor! It does what it says it's going to do.

Nice size storage for an electric Humidor by far it is the best I have ever owned. I been looking for a different humidor for a few years and it is worth the money. If you want to take your Cigars humidor to the Next Level this is it. Also, be careful on imitation electric humidor research it before buying. For those who want the most out of your cigar storage This is it.

I can't figure this thing out. Sometimes the hygrometer will indicate that the humidity is 55% and then I check a couple of hours later it will be 68%. I did not open the door or make any changes. If I didn't already throw out the box I would return it. I guess I'm stuck with it now.

Unit is brand new.I found that I have 2 problems with the unit.Need simple replacement parts.I contacted the manufacturer not only did I get the new part for free, they sent me $20 refund for my trouble.The unit works great in the cold weather and also cools great when the temps go to the 90’s outside.I highly recommend this unit and the company!

My husband is THRILLED with this. works fantastic. Keeps his cigars at exact humidity and freshness he wants. Holds 300 but he said he has squeezed 500 in there. Highly recommend if looking for a small electric humidor. No problems with it at all.

Product arrived fast, I think three days. Very easy to condition and get ready for your cigars. Box was very well protected from possible mishandling. I really think its a high quality cigar humidor. Would recommend it to anyone.

The machine is very quiet and quickly maintains a constant temperature. So far that is the only positive. You need to supply your own humidification (ie. boveda packs, or distilled water). I have yet to put any cigars in it as the smell of plastic is is so strong. I have tried wiping down the interior with mild soap and water as suggested. After three times, it still stinks. I put a quart of baking soda on a plate and after several days, it still stinks. I just put a pound of ground coffee in there yesterday in a open cigar box...so fingers crossed. I am not going to put my valuable cigars in something that smells so bad. So far, not happy with the purchase.
