Charvel Tribute Neck Plate - Choose Design and Color - Custom Engraved or Printed

This fit my Fender EVH project. As stated in the description this is "Etched" into the chrome not engraved. The chrome steel is as thick as a fender original neck plate (Not sure what others complained about). I paid the extra for the black acid etching which looks anywhere from slate gray to black to brown, depending on which angle you look at it. I am afraid of relicing the piece as it would likely destroy the etching. I would have given this piece 5 stars because I knew exactly what I was getting and from reading the other reviews. I am deducting a star due to the corrosion on the back of the piece which will require some sanding in order for it to lay flat on the body. Overall it's ok but in my case I think I will put a 61071 neckplate on and call it a day.

My 20-year old Jackson Kelly needed a serious overhaul. In the process, I decided to replace the oxidized neck plate with something new. Luckily, LazrArt's custom Charvel plated were one of the first search results on Amazon. Jay was very quick to respond to questions and made great suggestions for doing the job right. I was extremely happy that I had the option of inscribing the guitar's original serial number onto the new plate. Couldn't have asked for a better product.

Lazrart did a fantastic job on my custom ordered neck plate. I was a bit confused but they led me through the ordering process with ease. I've placed another order since then and will continue as the need arises. Very quick turnaround also!
