This rod is amazing. I got a well built rod for a very low price. I truly believe this rod could be priced alot higher. I had a friend, who is a professional fisherman, test the rod and he was very impressed. You can feel the vibration in your hand when you litely tap the top of the pole. I will be purchasing another one. I cast with it over 100 times today while messing with a new reel and it was very comfortable.

Was eager to get the shorter spincast Brutus for my petite wife. Paired with her new Pflueger President reel, this will be a perfect match. After receiving and opening, I am shocked by the quality....first the packaging is top rate even for this moderately priced rod. Next the rod is well put together and from a visual standpoint is one very nice looking rod. Some dry casts prove this is going to be a very satisfying rod. There is a reason why this rod has so many great reviews!
