Was expecting screwdrivers to be magnetic so they would hold tiny screws while u repair glasses , they are not . Only good thing about this set is you get a large selection of screws .

This kit contains most of the basic tools needed to do basic repair to your glasses like tightening frames and replacing nose pads. Included in the kit is a selection of screws and nose pads. As glasses frames are increasingly made in China, it’s getting difficult to find nose pads that fit frames properly. This kit has a good selection of nose pads and screws. I was able to repair three pairs of frames using parts from the kit. The kit was blatantly missing two things: a plastic ribbon tool that allows lenses to be reinserted into half frames and a label on the screw box telling what size and length each screw is.

I lost a nose pad screw on an inexpensive pair of reading glasses. The eyeglass repair kits from the drugstore didn't have the right size screw or screwdriver.For a couple of dollars more I now have a comprehensive collection of screws and screwdrivers to fix all the glasses I have should I run into this problem again.Better to have and not need than need and not have.

This kit was worth the $$. My glasses are constantly breaking. No joke. My wife is constantly on me about it. There not too big like regular hand tools, and there not teeny tiny like se eyeglass tools are. They fit perfectly in your hand. I only wish they would have been magnetized. That would have really made them stand out. The screwdrivers also came with a nice size plastic case full of little eyeglass screws. Unfortunately, they are all the same. The box label says there different but there not. Each one is the exact same shape and size and width. It's unfortunate because my glasses have a stripped screw from constantly coming loose and having to keep tightening them. So, I was able to use the screwdrivers, but the screws don't fit my glasses. Oh, besides the screws all being the exact same there is also some little washers in there too, Overall the screwdrivers are great, and that's what I got it for, so can't complain about the screws.

I learned something. The container for the screws has no latch.None of any kind.It comes taped closed. Once you open it you have to use that same tape to hold it closed. If it isn't sticky you are screwed.Go ahead.Ask me how I learned this fun fact. :(
