This is the BEST massager !!! I love it !!!!I have alot of neck & shoulders pain, the very first time I used it, I was hooked. The straps allow you to move it where you want it & apply pressure. It Also works great on my back too. The heat is mild to moderate, but the 16 knobs really work out the kinks and relieved my pain 💯 I like how it rotates inward, and then stops a moment to then rotate outward. I let my family members try it, they loved it too. They all bought one too. It stops automatically after 15 minutes as stated in description. And that’s generally all I need per use. When I needed more, I restarted it without heat and it continued to work just fine. I Love it and I Highly Recommend this product!!!

I have incredibly tight muscles in my upper back and neck that never loosen, so I get massages about every 2 weeks, plus I see a chronic pain doctor. I wanted something to help relieve my pain at home in between massages, so I bought this hoping it would help. Initially, this worked great... and it still does mostly. In order to get into my muscles at all, I have to pull this quite hard into my muscles using the hand holders. I was worried that the motor wouldn't be strong enough to work like this, but it does keep going... even if it does bog down a little. I feel like it helps with my pain... especially in the neck area. I bought this brand specifically because you are supposed too be able to use it while it is charging. It worked like that as advertised for awhile, but now it won't turn on at all while it's being charged. This is a bummer for me, because that's the main reason I got this one. Overall this works pretty well, but if you're buying it for the reason I did I would maybe think twice.

This is a very effective device. I use it every night and my back has felt a lot better. I am very happy with my purchase.

Best neck and shoulder massager I’ve ever tried! Has heat and different massage options. I start with my neck and shoulders and then move to my lower back. It’s exceptional, especially for the cost. I’ve paid much more for others that were uncomfortable and cumbersome. I highly recommend this! It’s now a part of my daily routine.

It is not as expected, I was hoping to get something with more flexibility in movement and options for change of pressure and pace. However, I'd say it is good enough for people with constant neck pain.

Works well. The straps are a good idea to keep it positioned where needed. The only complaint I can say is it doesn't stay charged long & u can't use while on charger. I feel like I need to charge it longer than I can actually use it
