I am trying this out to maintain the battery charge on my 2008 Nissan Frontier. First impression was that the surface coating is not what I expected from solar panels, and it seems to be robust to protect from the elements. The green LED began flashing upon exposure to sunlight and the red LED started flashing when connected to the always on 12V port in my truck. The battery voltage before connecting was 12.18V and after connecting was 12.19V, which seems low, but I lack detailed understanding on how these chargers work. I would expect the voltage to rise slowly so I will continue to check and update. For now I will give 5 stars since it seems to be working based on LEDs.Update 6/27/22:My truck was hesitating to start before connecting this and would in some cases fail to crank. Now when connected the battery sits at around 12.3V. I started it up without hesitation and drove it around for 15 minutes then measured battery voltage in circuit at 12.47V, and then immediately connected the panel and it sank to 12.3V again. I think this has something to do with the maximum power point tracking of the solar charger, but I’m not well educated on the nuances of battery charging and solar control. It seems to be working for my purposes, so I will continue to use and update.

Have cargo van for business with alarm system that texts if battery is running low. I ordered this after getting last text. Sometimes van can sit for two weeks and now I no longer have battery issues. Great product that keeps battery full.

I know many factors contribute to charge capacity/flow and no matter how sunny or how clean my windshield is, it seems my jeep's parasitic draw is greater than the power received from this 20W charger.For what it is worth to someone reading this, I have a dual battery AGM system in my Wrangler. I have much accessories but all are 'off' when the jeep is off. But, parasitic draw remains as some accessories are hardwired to the battery or to my SPod device controller (which almost all my accessories including radios are attached to) and dash cam (which only comes on with power). My crank battery goes to 12.1 volts after a few days of not driving despite having this solar panel on. Not sure if this panel helps at all considering my use case.
