Holds my Apple Pencil perfectly
I love how this case complements my iPad and Apple keyboard. It's sleek and not bulky at all, so you barely notice it's there, and it doesn’t interfere with using my iPad in any way.One of the best features is how securely it holds my Apple Pencil. I used to worry about losing my pencil, but with this case, it’s always in place and safe, as shown in the attached picture. If it fits your budget, I would totally recommend this case. It perfectly elevates my iPad setup and enhances the overall look alongside my Magic Keyboard.

My experience with the MOFT Snap Case iPad Pro 12.9
I've had this case since February 15th, 2023. My case is starting to have problems with the little gold pins (I attached a photo so y'all know what I'm referring to); no matter how much I clean the case itself and the iPad, it won't work. Randomly, the case stops working. It's not the iPad itself because I checked with Apple, and when I take the Snap Case off and use the iPad and the Magic Keyboard alone, it works perfectly. However, apart from that, the case itself is great; it protects my iPad really well. My iPad has already fallen like three times, and nothing happened to my iPad or the case; there aren't any cracks or anything. But the buttons where the + and - for the noise are are really annoying; they're really hard to press down, and the pencil holder's little hole, in my opinion, needs to be a little bigger. I have small hands and can just perfectly pull the pencil off; if you have big hands, it'll be a difficult task for you. It's a little bit heavy, but I honestly don't know anymore if that's because the iPad itself is heavy; it does add weight, but you can almost not tell it. Apart from all that, I really do like the case. I'll update this post once the MOFT team reaches out to me!

Great addition to my iPad Air and Magic Keyboard
Snaps on easy and works great with the Magic Keyboard. As others have stated, access to the volume buttons is limited. Easy solution is to go to Settings, Accessibility, Touch then turn on AssistiveTouch. A button will show on the screen. You can move the button wherever you like. You can program buttons for volume up and volume down by going to Customize Tap Level Menu which is located below AssistiveTouch. I looked this up online and found the step by step instructions. Now I can control the volume by using this button on my screen. The button can also be invisible is you want. Lots of options. I have no problems getting my Apple Pencil out of the slot either. Happy with this purchase.

Poor Quality, 30 days and stopped working
I was excited when I found this and saw the online reviews. Unfortunately it falls woefully short. In less than 30 days the middle prong similar to several other users failed. Mine actually shrunk (like it melted - see pics). It may be driven from the heat produced by the charging port. Note the middle prong sits right on top of the charge port. I assume the quality of the prong is very poor hence the melting/shrinking of port, rendering the case unusable. Similar to other users when the middle port retracts/melts/shrinks the Magic Keyboard stops working. Other limitations are the volume buttons, they are hard to reach and control. Additionally the sides of the case are rather “sharp”, not very comfortable for holding the case. The case is very thin so not meant to protect the iPad but rather it’s a small barrier and makes it slightly easier to grip.

Great sturdy case
Perfect for a case on the iPad, especially if you use the Apple keyboard. I initially got the keyboard and my iPad as a gift and kept worrying about misplacing my Apple Pencil. This case hold the Apple Pencil well and can be used with the keyboard. 100% worth the money

Great, but won’t last.
The case is pretty good. I wanted something that would keep my Apple Pencil attached when pulling my iPad in and out of my backpack, and it does a great job at that. I also wanted something that would work when attached to my Apple Magic Keyboard, and that was good too, for a while… As others have stated, the metal pins on the back of the case that connect to the Magic Keyboard will be eventually recede into the case and not come back out, causing connection issues with the Magic Keyboard. Eventually, I had enough with fiddling with my iPad and the keyboard to get it to work, and I reached out to MOFT. They would not issue a replacement as it had passed the six month warranty window (a small window, which I now believe is because they know their products fail within a year). They gave me a 20% off discount code, so I purchased another through their website. Well, as others have mentioned, the volume buttons are hard to use, but I could always live it. But yesterday the volume up button completely broke and fell out, and the case it too thick on the side to be able to press the button on the iPad. I checked to see when I’d ordered it to see if it was still covered by warranty, and I bought it six months and 18 days ago, meaning it’s not covered. It’s really unfortunate because it’s the only case that works for me, what with the pencil coverage and keyboard compatibility, but it just can’t even last a year. Also, the company rep I emailed with said “ We understand your frustration with the damage to your iPad case. However, please note that during normal use, it is possible for accessories to become damaged over time. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but unfortunately, wear and tear is inevitable. We suggest taking extra care when handling the accessory, and if the damage occurs within our warranty period, we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.”, which seemed like a cop out and probably what someone would say if they sold a product that they knew would fail in a year.

Exactly what I needed!
Honestly I was scared to buy this because there were no reviews and no rating on it so i decided to be the guinea pig. To begin, I love the case! The leather makes it so easy to hold and it pairs perfectly with my magic keyboard. In my opinion it’s worth it! I would totally pick this case over the snap buddy. The only thing that sucks is that i have a silicon protector over my apple pencil and it fits very snug in the holder. However, i still love the case! I finally have something that protects the sides of my ipad.

Great but has a few issues
Let me start off with the things that are great about this case:-Super well built, feels great-GREATLY expands the usability of your iPad if using the Magic Keyboard-Snaps on and off with ease and feels very solid-Makes the combined case + Magic Keyboard feel very solid when transporting. No worry about pen loss/detachment.Cons:-Nearly impossible to use one hand to get the pencil out-Buttons not super easy to accessFor me, I needed this because the Magic Keyboard prevents me from using this in portrait mode (Magic Keyboard keeps your iPad in landscape mode). This 100% solved the problems in a very efficient way. The mechanism snaps off and on with no problems and feels very solid. The materials feels good and not cheap. The soft back is a nice touch. I can live with the pen and button issue and I imagine a rev 2 will fix those two issues. It was still worth it for me as it also makes transport feel 1000x more safe.

Failed after 6 weeks
Nowhere near worth the money as failed after 6 weeks of use. The middle connector swelled up and is not working properly.Update: stopped working completely. Cannot return it as it has gone past 30 days after buying. Amazon not letting do the return

Really high price and really weak
I think it can't be helped that the material is thin because it has to be connected to a smart keyboard case. However, the Apple Pencil holder was broken less than a month after using it because of its poor plastic quality and poor durability.

Not the best definitely some issues
The overall is not bad, there are some issues like it is slightly big, and the iPad can easily pop out of it. The buttons are hard to reach, and the pin connecters in the back. Turn off the past month of May connecters have already been damaged. I have only had this for a month and a few weeks, I cannot charge it with the Magic Keyboard. It has to be charge in the iPad directly.

Not worth the price
First off, let me highlight that I do like Moft products, they are generally amazing with great user experience. This one however is quite a disappointment. I was looking for a case for my iPad Air as I use it with the Magic keyboard - this seemed like a good choice. Issues are as follows:1) Next to impossible to use the volume buttons when the case is on. It really is inconvenient and very tough to press up or down. Destroys the overall experience of using the iPad.2) The case itself is very very light, and one side of the iPad is completely exposed. If you end up dropping it, and if it lands on the completely-exposed side, it will badly impact your iPad. So for me, no point in such an expensive case if it results in such a minimal level of protection.
