We have scaled down our Thanksgiving turkey to a upper body breast only size. We had to use a make shift aluminum foil plateau for the bird to cook properly. Now we have the right tool for the job this year.

This is a nice heavyweight rack. Very sturdy and well made. Note: does not fit small Nesco roaster.

The media could not be loaded. This is sturdy so far, but the weld is not great, so I don’t know how long it will stay together. That is why I didn’t give a perfect 5 stars. Also, in case you wondered, it does NOT fit in a 7qt crockpot.

This is a nice quality rack but does not fit either of my roasting pans-too wide.

This thing is OK, but the feet are too short to hold it out of the drippings if you are cooking something that is very moist and/or fatty. I had to set it on top of another grate to keep pork ribs high enough from the bottom of the pan to prevent them from partially sitting in the drippings. For me, the entire point of setting pork ribs on a grate is to let most of the fat drain off during cooking.

This appeared much larger in the photo. It works, but much smaller than I wanted and needed.
