LOVE these vitamins. All of my children take one of these each night prior to bedtime. I do believe it allows for a calmer evening and more solid sleep. These are worth the money and love the clean ingredients.

Rubbery taste, but they work
It seemed to calm my 3 year old daughter down and help her sleep more readily, but now she won't eat them because she hates the taste and texture. And I don't blame her, they are a little rubbery.

My picky son , who is Autistic, loves these! They taste good and they help him fall asleep. Would definitely reccomend if you are looking for a quality vitamin.

Not for Toddlers
These gummies made my kids severely sick. I thought it was a stomach bug at first until I noticed that their symptoms started when they started taking these gummies. I tried halving the dose, but it still caused vomiting and diarrhea in my two- and three-year-olds. I was so sad to see them be so sick, and I had to miss work to care for them. When I stopped giving them the gummies there were no more symptoms. I contacted customer service, and I'm so grateful they were able to refund me my money. Please be cautious when giving these to small little children. My kids enjoyed taking them, they didn't find them hard or bad tasting like others mentioned, they help them sleep for a few hours until they woke up vomiting and with diarrhea.
