This device has absolutely changed my quality of life. I’ve had some bad bouts of blepharitis. And in between isn’t great. I’m surprised this little simple toothbrush like device has such a drastic effect, in 30 seconds. I’m used to doing heat compresses at night. The next morning my eyes are worse because of movement in the eyelids. The eyes are worse in the morning because the gunk blocks the tear ducts which means my day is off to a bad start. But if I don’t do it, then after a couple of weeks the blepharitis is soo bad that it takes 3 -4 weeks of agony to recover. Washing the eyes with baby shampoo first thing in the morning really helped. Despite the routine, by 6pm I’m struggling to chill and watch Netflix. Nulids removed the discomfort on the same day. I could tell immediately. Though the real relief came a day later. I decided to use this two times a day. I do heat compresses half the week. I think its better to keep up the heat compresses too. This is frustratingly expensive. I’m surprised its taken so many years for the industry to give us a tool that is such a simple solution. But it’s the best money I’ve spent.

This one was weird. Did not get a chance to try it. From the first moment everything felt wrong. Then you pay 300 you expect quality, more or less. The box felt resealed. When opened, instead pristine white clean inside, there were brown, flea size specs. One appeared moving... The item is made in the USA but inside I found two identical Body shop leaflets, (one not enough???). It should come sealed from the manufacturer. Any second party leaflets should be outside original box. But biggest disappointment was, then I tried to plug to charge the battery. No yellow, no green light, blinking or steady light as it says in manual. Dead on arrival. At close inspection a bottom had numerous scratches and dirty marks from the previous user, as it can be stored as electrical toothbrush. This all experience made me sick and gutted.

So I used this the first time, kept my eyes closed but the solution stung my eyes, tried again and same outcome and then it left me with soar eyes for 2 days so I’m not sure we’re I went wrong but I’m not prepared to use it again .

I have found the effects after use to be positive. Dry eye symptoms are much improved for some time after use. The replacement silicone tips are very expensive. I can't find information on the website for replacement supplies of Tips or Gel.

Used for blocked Meibomian glands and dry eye. So far so good. Used in conjunction with heat pads. Seems to work quite well.

I don't think it's worth the money.

I have suffered from blepharitis for years and using heat pads x2 daily. My ophthalmologist recommended this device to me and I am delighted with it. Quick and easy to use, it has helped my condition considerably. I only use the heat pad once a day now. I have had no chalazions since using this device either. Only downside is the cost of the tips to use. Please make them more affordable! I don't bother with the gel anymore and have no had no problems as a consequence.

The price of this device will make your eyes water but it's good for cleaning the eye lids and lashes. Only takes 1 minute per eye and leaves a nice sensation in my eyes so seems to work really well. Happy with my purchase.
