This is basically a foam cushion with a cover, which seems simple enough. The cover attaches to the knee scooter to cushion the 'seat'. It sounds simple enough, but it's so much more than that. When you spend an extended time with your knee on that scooter, it can get uncomfortable, even downright painful on the knee. This cover saves so much wear and tear on the knee, allowing for more mobility. The fact that it has straps to hold it in place also makes a big difference - I don't have to worry about it sliding off, especially at inopportune moments. This cover is a must have for anyone on a knee scooter. It makes all the difference.

Since I'm a using a senior, I have skin break down issues. I developed skin redness and tenderness from using a mobility scooter following foot surgery. This pad has minimized the redness and tenderness and made it easier to scoot thru my house. I would highly recommend this product.

Very soft and comfortable on the knees. The quality is great, I wasn’t expecting this much quality for the price, and it fit the scooter perfectly. 😃

After reading the other reviews for this and other similar products, this is the cover I tried. Although the cover doesn't eliminate the discomfort to the shin, it does provide some noticeable relief. I have used it for the last four weeks during winter time and used it in the rain while wearing jeans many times. I have not noticed any color transfer. The top of the cover became a little matted and slightly dirty, which was to be expected. I removed the foam padding, pretreated the cover and put the cover in the washer. The cover came out clean, and I hung it to dry. The top is still a bit matted, but I suppose that is to be expected front the nature of the fabric and the amount our pressure placed on it. With the padded foam insert, I expect it to perform as well as it did before -- just a cleaner appearance. I definitely recommend this product. The only improvement would be some thicker padding inside.

This is comfortable and it fits my kneerover perfectly doesn’t move at all. I am going to have ankle surgery again and I’ve learned you need a scooter for you sanity and independence. This is a great cover my old one shifted all the time. I naught another one for my all terrain scooter. I just had surgery again and this Truely wonderful product very confortable I m in a cast and is extremely well made I have a long recovery THANK YOU ALLMAN COVER❤️❤️❤️ Excellent product don’t hesitate to buy this it worth the money I have excluded a picture of both pads after use still going strong.

If you use a knee scooter and the seat is not cushy, USE a padded cover! I have an upscale scooter, and yet the nerves in my knee cap still felt like they were being compressed too much; after installing this pad, they felt much better. There was still a feeling of some pressure, but these kneecaps have some age on them! A four star review because we felt the pad, as good as it was, could have been even cushier. Good value for what you pay!

I didn't want to buy all the 'accessories' because I thought 'why spend Xtra $$?' One week in, OMG ...Spare yourself the painful misery of using a knee scooter w/out this baby. I did have to add extra padding (I used a microfiber padded dish drainer cloth that I had laying around the house) but the fleece is Oooooooh so comfortable compared to w/out. Just do it! Look for the cheapest price. I picked this one up @ $11.99 +free shipping. I also got a bike basket AND sprung for a cast protector after fumbling w/ plastic bags - both incredibly helpful... again, you can price compare. You don't have to spend the max. to get the assistance. Best wishes to all in this situation!
