Handyman wouldn't come round to clean so thought I get my own jet wash to clean small back yard. Easy to ensemble takes a bit of patience and logic. Manual is all pictures could be better. Tried to find unboxing YouTube video on model but couldn't find one. The 2500 model is heavy but it has wheels and am not a strong woman but I can lift it. You need a garden hose to attach water supply. I was a bit confused 😕 about connectors on garden hose and kitchen sink but found a sink adapter connector. In the B&D packaging you get a clear plastic cone shaped connector that attaches to the back of jet wash. The garden hose connector connects to the cone shaped connector.... easy to do. The twin jet is very good and quickly gets the job done ✔️ 👏 👌 Make sure you drain the water hoses and lance before putting away. I wore rubber boots and waterproof trousers... good job 👏

Nice product, easy to set up, powerfull. However, I have a major gripe. The duel gun feature looks great on the videos but this obviously reduces the gun pressure. I tried to attach one of the rotary nozzles from the dual fitment to fit directly on the gun as a single nozzle but they are a different fitment and won't fit. Only option is to use the dual fitment together with the 2 rotary nozzles or to fit the adjustable spray nozzle instead. Why why why would they do this? It's ridiculous. I can only use 2 rotary nozzles together or none at all. Why not make them all the same fitment????????????? I cannot think of a single constructive reason why it would be manufactured in this way. Sort it out.

Was initially a bit fiddly setting up, but once you get going it’s a doddle. I was astonished how much dirt and grime came up on the stones, my dike was actually almost black before, it came up beautifully! The stone is revitalised. Great value for money overall for this product, would highly recommend for the price.

This unit is probably fine if you want to clean a car, outdoor furniture etc, but DONT buy this if you want to clean decking or stone type patios. The circular head is so lightweight it can’t remain on the floor once the pressure wash starts. It skips around like a squirrel that’s been shot in the head but only winged. No use whatsoever. The circular brushset around the outer edge of the head is also way too long, this raises the whole device off the ground, so as to make attempts to clean impossible. Beware.

Bought for thr car and also patio, driveway cleaning. Good features, good attachment, easy to connect them all. The carwash bottle to put the shampoo in is very handy. Easy to assemble and use. Good level of power for what we need.

The instructions for setting this washer up are unfathomable. I really have no idea who that are meant for as they offer no assistance to anyone trying to put the washer together. Once I managed to do that the washer was get good. However the attachment that connects the machine with the hose failed within 10 minutes of use. So the washer was unusable. Thankfully I had a spare fitting in the garage that works much better. In addition, there is a small metal pin that attaches two parts of the patio attachment. This keeps working itself loose and it's tiny so if you don't notice this and keep pushing it back in then you will lose it and the patio attachment will be in pieces and useless. I could send the washer back and seek a replacement but I can live with the issues and it does work well when it functions. Any more issues though and it'll be going back .

It's excellent good machine, hopefully it's will do all job's, as it's required to do.

I bought this pressure washer for odd jobs like cleaning my patio and I must say for the price it really does the job well, It dosen't make too much noise like most pressure washers, Instructions got a bit confusing but putting it together was relatively easy as it's the same sort of technique for most pressure washers, I love how easy it is to store away as its so compact so dosen't take up much space in storage. I have only used it once so can't comment on how long it will last but for the price you wouldn't grudge if it broke considering most pressure washers are over the £80 bracket. Would highly recommend for small jobs.

Not much pressure. I recommend emplyoing more money for a more powerful one.
