Workbook for Nir Eyal's "Indistractable"

Love the questions as I am reading the book. Helps reiterate what I have read and keeps me engaged with the process I'm working towards.

I had assumed this was written by the author as a companion to his excellent book "Indistractible". But it's not. This company publishes unauthorized "workbooks" based on popular books by other authors and all they are a series of questions based on the book designed mainly for classroom or book club discussions. Misleading.
