This a great outdoor living sofa set colour is lovely in the grey very comfy

Put it together and left the bolts loose until all together (as per instructions) then aligned the frame as best I could then tightened… As you can see from my photos the frame doesn’t align properly. Also the pattern, which should be neat and linear, is all wavy and awful. I’m complaining to the seller and Amazon. It is also very small compared to all my previous rattan furniture. Also the back cushion ( look nice and puffy on sellers pics) offer zero support and all you can feel it the back rim of the back rest across your back- there is far better rattan furniture for the price out there. Feeling very unhappy with this product. Also difficult to repack as cushions come vacuumed packed and Amazon required they be repacked back into original boxes.

Easy to put together. Waited in all day for first delivery date and didn’t arrive. Notified that it would come a few days later and it did. Friendly delivery drivers. Wish I had checked the depth of the seats as quite narrow up to my old one. Wish I had checked which way the short seat went as it was the wrong way round for the space I wanted it for. Put the coffee table together at a later date and found there were only 3 corner pieces for the bottom of it. Can you send me another one please. It looks good and will be used.
