Delicious on chicken
I've only had za'atar in the past in Jerusalem, sprinkled in fresh "bagele" bread that is sold by the Jaffa Gate of the Old City. And so I wasn't sure what to expect with this.This blend is delicious. We used it, with a little bit of olive oil, on chicken wings in the air fryer and they were delicious. At the same time, we also prepared wings with barbecue sauce -- and the ones coated with za'atar were voted best tasting!I think we may next try on fish, either as is, or mixed with bread crumbs.I like that the bag is resealable to keep it fresh.Highly recommend.
