It is not the first time I buy this brand of reels and I am very happy with them, superb performance.I am setting up a micro setup and needed the shallow reel as it performs best when micro fishing and using a fine fishing line with a very light jig ( 2g to 5g).In this case the shallow spool came with the wrong washers and could not set it up on the reel.The reel came with the normal spool setup in the box, so I switched the washers from the original spool mounted with the ones in the shallow spool. You can see what I am about in the images attached, where the swap already happened, the washers were too small (see spool on the right)Just raising this with the manufacturer to pay more attention as other customers might not be comfortable with taking apart the spool components to correct this mistake.I only have one concern that the line won't set correctly on the shallow spool but I'll test this later and if so I'll come back to this review.Other than that, I will still give 5stars on this review as things like this happen, the product is reliable as far as my opinion.Coming back to this review: I decided to return the item and get another one with the correct washer setup. The spools are not the same depth and seems like the washers are not interchangeable and adding a lower number of washers will leave quite a big gap and there will be a lot of play inside the spool.

I wasn't sure what to expect as it is not a big name. The build quality is pretty robust. The action is smooth with plenty of power with a very fast reel in rate I actually out removed a seal from taking a fish of my line it almost had it. Yes I would buy this real again

I've used this twice for spinning and caught some decent mackerel on it. It's small but fairly robust and for the price quality isn't bad.

Arrived today, spooled it up with 20lb braid and the action is smooth and positive. Will be using on a trip to the Med next week.

Poor quality gears shredded after 2 fishing trips opened it up and just bits in there. And old saying but cheap buy twice and this is the case with this reel...

Beautiful reel can't wait to get out there and use it. Perfect weight very comfortable when spinning the handle. 10/10 very well made reel. Bring on the bass

I bought this for sea fishing off the beach, pier or rocks,It's a nice reel but very small for sea fishing I was expecting something a bit bigger It has a nice line lay and runs very smoothly but I am not sure if it could handle retrieving leads up to 6oz for a day or the occasional big fish that may appear anytime,this is more like a coarse fishing reel
