Q: Does this product have asse 1016 on mixing valve? our area building code requires this.

I am tif rying to find the out the answer to this question as well. Does anyone know if this product has asse 1016 on mixing valve? Inspector will not let me install until I have the answer? If anyone knows if the embather can be installed in Illinois, please respond. Thank you!

Q: What part of the mixer handle indicates the hot & cold, the top or bottom?

Lift to turn on water. Swing left for hot, swing right for cold. Upper know is to switch between shower head and handle.

Q: Does the system have a feature to stop backflow? My city inspector asked about that. Thanks,

I don’t think it does. However, because of the handheld, some areas require a vacuum breaker to stop the backflow in case the water pressure drops in the city water system, so you could simply install a vacuum break at the handheld, between the handheld hose and the wall connector.

Q: What is the number to call if I didn’t get a piece to this shower.
