The media could not be loaded. One of the best purchases I I’ve made on amazon- extra space is priceless. So easy to set up. Had a couple questions and called customer services... wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was more than accommodating. I even called him once by accident and he called me back! Haha— this bed accommodates my 12” thick king mattress. All other Murphys I entertained would only accomodate a 10” thick mattress. Less expensive as well and I should also mention that they shipped this for free, bubble wrapped the equipment inside the box and completely bubble wrapped the outside of the box! shipped from uk to North Carolina in 3 days. I didn’t even know that was possible... I’d also add that this is my first review ever and I’ve been prime member, ordering daily for years. Thanks guys! Well done!

I purchased a product and, when it arrived, I realized I ordered the wrong thing for my needs. This was my fault, not the company's fault. I had no dissatisfaction with the product itself. When I contacted them, the company was immediately responsive and initiated a return. The return process was easy and prompt.

The bed is easy to assemble if you watch the video as you assemble it. The bed materials are decent quality and saves a lot of space when you need it. We put it in our cabin and now have much more floor space for extra people. I highly recommend this bed and Seller.

Bed came alot quicker than said left outside in the rain but that was ups...... bed was eazy to put together instructions need work. Bed came with no mounting hardware which is stupid seeing how it has to be mounted to use. Overall good bed

The welding is terrible. Already broken. The important set of legs that is supposed to keep the bed balanced when open broke from the main frame. The welding was terribly weak. The hydraulic is strong, so strong that I only use it to keep it up (closed) and disconnect it when putting it down (or else the frame will rotate due to the strength of the hydraulic--it needs to be counter weighed with a lot. Use heavy wood to make the bed furniture. If recommend to a handy person but not as an assembly and be done person)I just can't emphasize how bad the welding was for the legs. Made my own support out of wood

worst customer service. missing parts and didn't fit right. springs were stiff didn't hold bed down. customer service was very harassing and unwilling to listen or accept a return. still harassing me after i contacted amazon. terrible product and service.

Everything about this bed was easy. From shipping (2nd day delivery) to setup. Just an excellent experience. The setup videos on youtube are comprehensive and will help you easily get this bed built. The only information I did not have before setting it up concerned mounting it to either the wall or the floor. In the end I opted for the floor as the space from wall mounting hole to hole is 78 3/4" which will not match up with 16" on center 2x4s. So my option would be to use a cripple or something similar on one side to allow it to mount to the wall. Or, as i did, use redheads to mount it into the floor. The only other gripe I have while assembling it is that you have to be able to figure out what the parts are by looking at them as there are no little stickers with an A Or a number on them.There are some crucial parts that have to go in a certain orientation to be correct. The sides of the frame where the slats plug in for instance, if you assemble that wrong you will have to take it back apart. I got lucky in that I did not read that but still assembled it correctly. Including going to the store to pickup the concrete anchors. This was all done in about 2 hours. I could have been quite a bit faster if i had planned on the floor mounting in the first place but now you know so you can be faster. As you can see we have a fold down treadmll that fits underneath and this was the motivation for the wall bed in the first place. I chose this over many of the $100 or $300 kits that require you to build a cabinet because i did not want all of the work involved in that. This was the perfect choice for simplicity. Their chat support is excellent and they can really help you figure out what steps you need to take and what options you have. I could not ask for better support.
