Perfect for mushrooms!
I used these for a class and then my grandchildren to glaze ceramic mushrooms we made. They look much better at cone 06 then cone six. But still look good except for one, The royal something or other…. has no specs even at con 06. and it’s not a really pretty blue either. The rest of them are wonderful! Make for cute mushroom caps.

Jungle gems at Cone 06
I fired this at cone 06. I needed a visual. I tried to stir the glaze so I got crystals in every sample and I like the way they turned out at 06, that’s not being a vessel that required it to be food safe. It was a fun assortment and I will definitely use it again.

Pretty glazes!
The glazes are great. During shipping, one of the lids came off and there was glaze everywhere. Tried to contact Amazon for a replacement, but, after being sent here and there, no response. So, I decided just to keep the good ones.

Great price for nice selection.
I am a full-time production potter and I use Mayco Jungle Gems on my wall curio shelves. I fire my wall pieces at a lower temperature than the rest of my work as they don't need to be microwave or dishwasher safe. I also didn't want to have to test mixing dozens of new glazes in order to get a few that I liked. So I use commercial glazes from time to time for ease and variety. These small jars are priced very well and it gives me a few colors to play with without much commitment. Tip: I have fired my shelves laying down and standing up (as they would hang) and the crystals get way more movement when the pots were standing up vertically. When they were fired lying down they were more spotted, vertically they get some good movement. I also paint one good coat all over the piece (except back that's not glazed) and then I paint 2 more layers on but for each extra coat, I stop a little further from the bottom. This allows the glaze to flow, but not run off the pot and onto your shelf. Still, these glazes are designed to move, so do be mindful when painting near the bottoms of pots.
