I'm very disappointed. I was so excited to receive my new filling machine only to discover that the unit was clearly pre-owned. The handle rotator was rusted inside the hole. There are scratches along the base of the unit as well. I was so close to returning it immediately but I'm pressed for time, needing to bottle some product to have it ready to for this weekend.I took some time to clean the rusty part and I have no choice but to use this or risk losing out. The unit looks like it's a quality build but I can't help but to feel like I've been cheated out of my money. If the manufacturer reads this can you do us all a favor and actually send out new units when we clearly paid for new units.To make this right at least offer me a discounted price and refund me the difference. This is not right.UPDATE:I was contacted by Sara, the customer service representative who graciously offered me a full refund for my unit or, a replacement. I took a chance on the replacement and I'm glad that I did! The unit came neatly packaged and was definitely new, unlike the previous unit I received. There was a clear difference in the packaging with this new unit as opposed to the unit I received previously.Sara was wonderful during our email correspondence and she should be commended for her service! As for the new unit, it is of a very high caliber as I suspected by inspecting the previous unit. The pump handle feels smooth and after cleaning and testing it with water, the unit has no leaks and functions like a dream! I will definitely make another purchase with this company and this brand as my needs for more equipment grows.Customer service goes a long way and Sara is a rockstar!

Worked great. Was exactly what we needed for our home business. If you order this machine you need to clean it well. The internal pump was coated with black grease to protect it. If you do not clean it you will ruin your product. It’s Easy to disassemble and clean. Was well worth purchasing

I love this machine. I got the A02. Electric model.It works amazing when it's hooked up but does not come with legit instructions.Instead they give you a full page of why the machine is dirty. For cosmetics or anything you should thoroughly clean any machinery* anyways, so i can not even understand why people are saying its dirty. It needs to be fully sterilized ANYWAYS. It just came from a factory and warehouse. 😭Mines wasnt dirty it just had an oil around the piston, that's inside the machine.Anywho.Thank God I'm more tech savvy then my husband because he couldn't figure out how to work it.Didn't take much in me finding the proper air compressor. I went to my local home improvement store.I got a 6 gallon rigid air compressor from home depot.I got a 1/4th hose to go into the compressor.Then extra attachments to connect that 1/4th hose to a 5/16in. (OD) hose.The 5/16in. OD hose fits into the A02 inlet hole perfectly.I tried the 8mm (OD) hose, that did not fit. It was to big.I hope this explanation helps.Be sure the hoses fit perfectly and is tightened.I'm going to do a youtube video because the instructions they give are horrible.For how expensive the machine is they should ATLEAST* do a actual video showing how to hook up the machine to an air compressor properly.My youtube is : itsQueen BabiiI will put a video there of how i did mines in detail.The machine really is great.I'm going to get another one but manual for backup, just incase there's ever an issue.

This worked great when i received it . I actually posted it on my Ig as well and recommended it. i only used it for a few more productions just weeks from receiving it and it started leaking once i tried pouring and filling bottles.I have tried to adjust it but its even worse. Really liked how efficient it made my work. i had to just put it aside till i will be able to afford another one.
