This is a brilliant rolling pin, I used to struggle to roll pastry out evenly and this has made it so much easier. The measurements are easy to change, my 8 year old finds it simple to use. Thank you

I've only used it once and that was to roll the icing for my Christmas cake. it gave a nice even layer, I'm happy with it, the depth rings are easy to change, the only problem I found, was water went inside and that is difficult to dry out

I love this rolling pin and the coloured rings you attach to either end of the rolling pin are so helpful to roll out your required thickness. The Rolling pin is lightweight and very easy to use and unlike my wooden rolling pin the pastry or dough doesn’t stick to the surface. The mat it comes with is useful for rolling out the pastry or dough and if you are making a circle such as for a quiche the measurements printed out on the mat enable you you to roll out the correct sphere. Each coloured removable ring that you simply screw onto each end of the rolling pin denote the perfect thickness of the pastry or dough you are rolling. For example I use the green ring for biscuits and the orange ring gives a thicker dough for pastry. I cannot recommend this rolling pin with its extras highly enough
