⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plumper, Smoother Skin That Truly Delivers
The Ordinary Matrixyl + Hyaluronic Acid Serum is a standout anti-aging formula at an unbeatable price. After just a few weeks, my skin looks noticeably firmer, smoother, and more hydrated. The Matrixyl 3000 and Matrixyl Synthe’6 peptides really do help soften fine lines, especially around my eyes and mouth. The hyaluronic acid is not super thick and gives lasting moisture without feeling sticky or heavy, and I love that it’s fragrance-free and gentle on my sensitive skin. It layers beautifully under moisturizer or makeup and works for all skin types. Used morning and night, it delivers visible results that rival high-end serums. A must-have in any skincare routine!

Early Results Are Really Promising
I’ve only been using this for a couple of weeks, but I’m already impressed. The texture is light, fast-absorbing, and layers perfectly under my other products without pilling. My skin feels noticeably smoother and more hydrated — that soft, “bouncy” feeling you get when something is actually doing its job. No irritation, no weird scent, no heaviness. Just a simple peptide + HA serum that feels high-quality and delivers a quick boost in the plump-and-smooth department. I know peptides take time, but the early results have been great, and I can see this becoming a staple in my routine. So far it’s been absolutely worth it, especially for the price.

Thick - unscented - layers well under makeup (no pilling)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars Bought for: a hydration boost. I’m 52 and my skin has suddenly turned very dry, especially overnight. I use a few moisturizers (The Ordinary + Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream), and wanted something that would add extra water-back-in before moisturizer. Likes: Thicker texture (in a good way): This isn’t watery. It’s a bit thick, and a little goes a long way. Virtually unscented: No strong fragrance. Real hydration boost: I wake up dewy and hydrated, especially when I use it at night under moisturizer. Plays well with other products: Layers nicely with my other moisturizers and under makeup with no pilling. Good value per use: It feels “expensive” even though it costs less than many drugstore brands, but because you use so little, the bottle lasts. How long it lasts: For me, this bottle lasts about 1–2 months depending on whether you use it once or twice daily and whether you apply it to neck/chest/hands too. Notes / expectations: Hyaluronic acid is great for hydration, but it’s not a miracle for under-eye bags/dark circles. Would I buy again? Yes, already planning to. Quick answers: Texture: Thick, not runny Scent: Virtually none Sticky? Not for me (especially once layered) Good for very dry skin? Yes, great boost under moisturizer Works under makeup? Yes, no pilling How often to use? 1–2x/day based on dryness Lasts long? Yes, a little goes a long way Would repurchase? Yes

Very good product.
I'm on my second bottle of this serum and like it very well. I have sensitive skin and have had no adverse effects from using it. I have been using it along with a couple of the other "The Ordinary" products and I'm really liking all of them. My skin looks and feels much better since I began the routine. I'm fortunate that at 71 years old, I don't have a lot of wrinkles. That being said, this year has been a very stressful one on many fronts and I have noticed more lines in my forehead than ever. I would like to tell you that the Matrixyl has removed them all, but that's not really true. I do believe that I've seen a softening of these lines and also in my laugh and frown lines. I've lost a considerable amount of weight and that along with aging has caused my neck to have some serious wrinkles and sagging. However, I do believe even that is better since using the Matrixyl. What I can tell you for sure, is that I get many, many people that tell me how beautiful my complexion is. Like I said before, I'm fortunate that I got good genes, but the new beauty routine has certainly helped. "The Ordinary" product line is very affordable and I have yet to try a product that I haven't liked. I will continue to use these products daily. I highly recommend!

The ordinary Matrixil 10%
The Ordinary’s Matrixyl 10% + HA is a lightweight peptide serum that helps improve the look of fine lines and overall skin texture with consistent use. It won’t deliver dramatic results overnight, but after a few weeks the skin feels smoother and slightly firmer. It absorbs well, doesn’t sting, and works for most skin types. Its biggest strength is the great quality for the price, though if you’re looking for very fast or intense results, it may fall a bit short.

Impressive results for mature skin—worth every drop!
I’m 51 and have tried more serums than I can count, but The Ordinary Matrixyl 10% + Hyaluronic Acid has truly impressed me. I’ve been using it twice a day for about two months, and the difference in my skin is undeniable—especially around my mouth, forehead, and under-eye area. The fine lines have softened noticeably, and my skin feels plumper and hydrated all day. It absorbs quickly without feeling sticky, and it layers beautifully under moisturizer and makeup. I love that it’s fragrance-free and gentle even on my sometimes sensitive skin. The price point is unbeatable for the quality—especially compared to other high-end anti-aging serums I’ve tried that didn’t deliver half these results. If you’re in your 40s, 50s, or beyond and looking for something effective, affordable, and easy to fit into your routine, I highly recommend giving this one a try. My skin looks smoother, firmer, and simply healthier. I’m officially hooked!

Must have for those with sensitivities
I love this product line. I have ridiculous sensitive skin and it took a long time for me to find a product that didn't irritate my skin. Their products feel so nice and hydrating. None of them are oily. Some are a little tacky when layering but I think that means you have to wait a little longer between layers. I feel the quality is great and I have seen results in a 60 day time span. I have deep forehead wrinkles that I am self conscious about and these products have done such a great job plumping my skin back out. All of the ingredients are safe for people like me with sensitivities. I was unsure how and when to layer so chatgpt whipped up a routine for me that I follow religiously. will be sticking with this line!

The ordinary is not ordinary
I bought this with three other serums to use in conjunction. The first serum I use is Chebula serum, Lactic Acid I only use at night. Hyaluronic Acid, Resveratrol, Matrixyl 10%. I got this formula from an esthetician . The first step is cleansing your face and then apply the serums letting each absorb. Then I apply a toner and moisturizer following with sunscreen. I have seen a really big difference in my skin. The ordinary products are so affordable this routine is doable. Do this a.m. and p.m. Except only using the lactic acid in the p.m.
