I am so glad to write this review! This is a product that I bought on a whim, not knowing that it would be a life saver, and that it would be a full 5 Star purchase! I originally bought two of these foot rests for a trip, knowing that my knees really hurt. I anticipated using one of them for the bus and plane to elevate my legs, and bought the other for my husband who eventually opted not to use it. It turns out that there really wasn't enough room between the seat rows to use them either place. When I arrived at my destination, my doctor had left me a message saying that I had one completely severed and another torn meniscus, and to avoid any weight bearing activities. I used this all during my trip to keep my legs elevated and it helped keep me comfortable. The dual chamber design made it so that I could blow it up to meet the different heights of the different furniture I was sitting on. There are two chambers, each with a valve for inflation and deflation. The valve stem has two stackable openings. If you blow into both of them stacked together, the air doesn't escape. If you remove the top opening, the air escapes for easy deflaion. The footrest inflates quickly with little hassle and not a lot of effort (as long as you have both openings stacked, and aren't accidentally blowing into the single deflation opening). They deflate immediately and completely (again, as long as you are using the single deflation opening and don't have it stacked for inflation.) People repeatedly asked me if I wanted a pump, and the honest answer was no. Inflation was so simple that a pump wasn't necessary and would have been a nuisance. There is a great lightweight bag/carrying case that the footrest fits back into for transporting- (Deflate completely, fold in at the seams and then into thirds, roll it up and it slides right back in with room to spare.) There is also a great additional piece- it comes with a slip on the bottom cover so that you can keep the base of the footrest clean. I got to sit at the edge of a splash pad and watch grandkids play, but the foot rest didn't get soaked. Kids played with it, sat on it, tossed it around, jumped on it, dogs bashed into it, and it held up just fine and served to protect my feet from unexpected jostling. Blue popsicle drips even mostly wiped off of it. And finally, the footrests came with eye masks and ear plugs. I didn't use the ear plugs, but the eyeshades are great. When we got home, I grabbed my husband's foot rest and eye shade, and am now using them as well. The foot rests work as well or better than my home ottoman. I don't anticipate having to replace them anytime soon. This is completely a 'win' purchase! Hopefully I won't need them for much longer, but if I do. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these footrests again!

Super great for children to sleep on plane! Make sure you blow up after the seat belt sign goes off though ;-) Easy and quick to blow up and deflate. Comes with convenient bag for storage when traveling.

These are nice and good quality, great for road trip, but if you want to use them on the airplane, don’t buy. We carried them all the way from the US to Japan, but never get a chance to use them. The domestic flight seats are small and narrow which doesn’t fit, and the international flights has enough room but it’s only allowed in the middle seat of the middle row.

These are great for flights, it adds so much extra comfort. They have a fair size and hold up a 10hs flight.

The best product ever, 100% satisfied! Everything in the package is absolutely made for comfort and practicality! Our long journey became a breeze with this. Even eye mask is sooo well designed comfortable.

I purchased the two pack for a recent international trip. I tried to use the footrests on one US domestic carrier and two international carriers. None of the airline companies allowed the use of the items due to the risk of their over-inflating and essentially bursting while in flight. So we carried the extra weight & not particularly small items halfway across the world twice without using them once and now are not able to return them. Buyer beware.
