Loving these. As a vegan It's hard to get enough calcium regularly, this makes it easy for me to stay on top of my calcium consumption. I can feel these after about half an hour after taking them. If you're looking for a calcium a source that is loaded with other essential vitamins, these might be your go to! Warning they are a larger vitamin.

This item is exactly what we needed and was as advertised. They taste fine and seem to be of proper quality.

They are big pills sometimes difficult to swallow, but have the vitamins I was looking for.

I have been taking these supplements for about six months and for the first time ever I have about eight solid hours of sleep per night and never wake up tired or groggy. I have always had about 5 hours of sleep per night as my norm and I have always awakened unrested. It’s amazing how lacking certain nutrients can affect the body in such a major way and one small tweak can change everything! I will continue to use this product, and it is a plus that it contains other vitamins and nutrients.

This is a great calcium supplement. I can tell it’s working because my muscles doesn’t ache and my hair is growing nice and full.I love that it’s vegan and doesn’t come from dead animals.
