This book is the first in a series and introduces simple energy clearing techniques anyone can understand and use.What I love most about Cyndi Dale is that she teaches you how to clear your energy and listen to your intuition in fun, fast and easy ways. Once you integrate these energy tools into your daily life you will be amazed at how quickly you start to feel lighter, more confident, more energetic and above all no longer stuck repeating the same old patterns in life.

I received this order very quickly. It arrived intact and in perfect condition. I started reading it right away and got hooked! I am a fan of this author. The book is a well written, easy read. The content is interestingly presented; one can read through it quickly and then go back and review/peruse as needed. It can be a great introduction or reference book for this topic, depending on one's existing knowledge base. I recommend it!

I have been studying and working with energy for 15 years, and this book offered incredible new insights and techniques that have helped me tremendously. Not only that, the stories and personal situations the author shared contained strategies and teachings that added to my overall experience as a reader and seeker.I can't recommend this enough to people who are into advanced energy techniques and ways of being and engaging the world. Truly, it is healing.

This is a very knowledge-filled book with some great remedies for handling not so normal situations. I love the way the author describes in detail the cures for different scenarios. Highly recommend!

Fascinating and useful little book! I do many of the techniques she teaches her instinctively...But she also explained some of my experiences - the Grey world- for example. I had never read anything before about these three worlds (red/grey and black) but experienced the grey one as a small child in repeated dreams. I am booking a session with her. I think she knows what she is doing with energy healing.
