They work great in the river where I fish, and they are stocked trout….rainbow and brown.

Q: What is the weight of a single lure?

Weight Update: The weight of one Fly Striker in the Stimulator Series 1 & 2 is 1/8oz. They weigh in at exactly 4.218 Grams / 0.1488 Ounces. Rod Selection: We Recommend using a 5' to 6'6" Ultra Light Rod with Fast or Fast/Medium Action. Line Selection: 2lb to 6lb Test max Fluorocarbon.

Q: Is there a way to remove/replace the secondary hook without cutting anything?

Yes, you can remove the double hook for single hook only waters. We designed it this way for this exact reason. The double hook is an open shaft so you can indeed slip it forward to remove it from the mono it is attached to. You can then attach it back when needed. We will be uploading videos very soon as well showing exactly how to do this.

Q: Whats the difference between series 1 and series 2?

Thank you for your question, the only difference is the color of the flies in the pack. The Series 1 comes with Black and Orange Kristal Stimulator fly patterns and the series 2 comes with Green, Royal and Yellow Stimulator fly patterns.
