This is a great value for the price. The light is very powerful for its size. About the same size as 70-200mm lens which makes it very portable. It doesn't require a massive ballast and can operate on Sony NPF batteries or D-tap from a V-mount battery so its nice to have options for power. The build is solid but I would be cautious when mounting accessories to the light. I mounted a 30 nch Neweer octobox to this and there was a slight flex on the lens of the light. Nothing alarming but noticeable. The output of the light without diffusion is similar to a Arri 300 to the naked eye. For a one man run and gun setup, this is an ideal light.

Great product. It stays relatively cool on the outside, but the lens can get hot and melt if the unit is facing up. I would expect that with any lamp, honestly. Although, I did not expect it with this type of lamp at first. Aside from that user created issue, the unit works great. I would like to use the wifi, but the app would not install on my S20.

I use this light weekly at weddings to light up the couple during their dances. They are a solid purchase and give great light. We use the batteries and they last a decent amount of time on the battery. I get asked about these often and always recommend them to photo and video friends as a decently priced item that is reliable for commercial purposes.

For the price and money, this thing is a killer value. Well made little light. I recommend.

I'm a beginner cinematographer. I needed something that I could focus, is bright, adjustable, and not too expensive. For the money this is perfect for me. You can pay $2000 for a better quality light it you need it, but if you are just starting out or want something to light your subject with some control, this is fine. I just wish it came with a stand. Other than that 5 stars for the money.

It’s bright. Nice color. Plastic build, but seems to be well put together. It’s not a real fresnel Lens.

Very happy with this light. It’s almost as bright as my Aputure 120T. The barn doors, focusable lens and battery power option make it very versatile.
