LOVE these socks - Size Med.
I purchased these a little over a week ago. I wanted to wait for my review until I have had the chance to wear them and wash/dry them. I have been receiving sclerotherapy for about 2 years now and have finally down-graded to knee high compression socks, prescribed at 20-30 mmhg. I am a 9.5 women's shoe, 9" ankles, 14" calves, 17" heel shaft (floor of heel up to back of knee, bent). These socks feel every bit "tight" as my Ames Walker nylon stockings at 20-30 mmhg. There is a little bit of struggle to get socks over the heel, which to me is a good sign of proper compression level. They are thicker than the normal cotton socks. But that did not bother me on 85 deg, very humid day for me. The feet are super cushiony with some compression in the arch. Great fit in toe box area. Great fit in the heel. Even, radiant compression. No pinching. Stays put. Band is super cushiony and wide with no pinching either. All compression socks/stockings leave something of an imprint, not painful or discomforting and disappears quickly. Washed them with whites, NO bleach, only powdered Oxiclean and Tide detergent, Snuggle liquid softener, hot wash. Meant to hang dry, but went through hot dryer. NO twilling, no unravelling, no shrinkage, no loss of compression. Love these so much that I just bought them in dark grey. Ordering more white, too. Well worth the money. Want to try the calf sleeves, too, which is 15-20 mmhg, but sometimes I need compression at night, especially when recovering from sclerotherapy, or had a long day on my feet. I have ordered Sav Force Gear Sox, Enerwear, a generic sport 2-pair sold by Guoway, Absolute Support, Newzill, too. Writing reviews on all of them, too. No compensation for my review. :)

Comfortable Compression Sock But Not Surgical Grade
These compression socks are comfortable and easy to slip on. Nevertheless, as clearly stated by the product information, these socks do not provide surgical-grade compression. Since I have a DVT blood clot in my calf, I would probably wear something else for a long car trip, a long plane ride, or for a marathon session in front of the computer. Surgical-grade compression hose, however, are a bitch to put on and take off. I wish Wanderlust made socks with more compression, because soft cotton is easier to deal with than the spandex-like construction of surgical grade products. However, since physicians are now divided whether patients with DVT should wear surgical grade compression hose, Wanderlust might be the ideal solution. I bought seven pairs because you can wear these socks every day, get a little bit of improved circulation, and forget you have them on.

Sock it to me!
I'm on a non-stop search for comfortable socks for my tired and aching feet. My left foot has arthritis, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis, and my right foot has a neuroma (a pinched nerve between the #3 and #4 toe). I am limited in time and distance to about 2 miles or 2 hours on my feet, after which tears come to my eyes from the pain and I have to stop. At night, both feet cramp up inexplicably several times a night. I've gone to dozens of doctors over the years and I have a whole box of inserts, cushions, socks, supports, straps, creams, and heating pads, and three drawers filled with all kinds of socks. But putting these socks on have miraculously made at least 80-90% of the pain go away in both feet! They are tight, but not too tight, and extremely comfortable. The toes are genuinely "seamless", or at least minimally "seamed" so that there's little or no friction. They are soft and supportive. I wore these socks all day when I got my first pair and then immediately ordered several more. This is the "mother lode" of comfortable socks, people! They have wool and synthetic blends and multiple colors. Black and white is all I need for now. They're all AWESOME in my humble opinion! The company even followed up with a nice email asking how they feel, and the packages came with a 10% discount code card for my next order. I may well go through my entire sock drawer and replace everything with Wanderlust socks, and have already praised them to my podiatrist and orthopedic surgeon. I plan to wear them on an upcoming long duration non-stop flight. I cannot say "THANK YOU" enough to this company for the relief it has finally given me, but I will: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Great Product, ships fast, great customer service
This product is great and I have nothing but positive things to say about the seller and their quality compression socks. I bought these socks as a Christmas present for my elderly father. He has diabetes and struggles with foot pain. From my research and word of mouth these were the perfect socks to help with that pain. They shipped extremely quick and they used impressive quality packing materials. I checked them out before giving them to my dad and I found the socks to be thick and cozy with quality fabric that stretches well. However, my grumpy and elderly father says they were too difficult to put on since they were tight (they are compression socks and are expected to be tight). He also said that once they were on the socks made him sweat and he didn't want to feel so hot in them, reminding me it's Florida and he doesn't need such warm socks. He wanted them returned. I contacted the seller and let them know I would pay to ship them back in order to receive a refund. The seller was so kind to me and said I could keep the product so I didn't have to worry about re-shipping them back and gave me a refund. I was blown away by their very quick response and for generously refunding my money and didn't make me reship it. I was able to regift the product to a friend who loves these compression socks. All the way around, the seller and the product were wonderful.

Worked for me
Bought the large size. I wear UK 9.5 shoes. Just used the socks for first time on a long-haul flight from MAN-HKG, and yes, my legs and feet felt much better both during and after the flight. Would buy again.

Really worth buying
Really good compression socks they do what you need them to do whilst also being easy to get on and anyone that uses compression socks will know how hard they are to get on.

Perfect flight socks.
I have tried flight socks before and they were very uncomfortable. These socks are perfect and they are not difficult to put on once you get the hang of it. Highly recommended.

So silky and comfy yes supportive.I've only had them on 10 mins though so far.I've bought them as I'm doing an intensive driving course all week and in the evening my left ankle has been slightly swollen, I'm guessing from sitting still so long.

Short term use only.
Worked well initially however with constant washing soon became loose and roll down constricting the blood flow.
