Great service
Perfect for intended job - to display a poster clearly and safely for use in classroom.Seller was amazing. Wrongly, I thought there was a fault in the ‘glass’. Seller immediately stepped up but then I realised I had been somewhat stupid! There was no fault; just protective film on both sides!!

Having looked at a lot of frames for our teen's poster we ordered this one. It is lightweight so easy to hang, easy to place a poster in and great value for money.Our first frame was damaged in transit and the seller replied by return and resolved the issue as soon as we submitted photos of the damage and sent out a replacement. Ordered the frame after a recent visit and purchase of a poster of the Las Vegas strip and this was perfect for me. Minor problem with one of the protective covers but has been resolved fine. Superb product and fits nicely to poster.

Flimsy - falls apart
Bought large one, the frame broke away from its back straight away. Totally unusable. Wasted my money. I’d imagine a smaller one would hold together better, maybe…

Outstanding Customer service!
The first time I ordered this it arrived really well packaged but sadly somehow the acrylic was badly scratched and scuffed on arrival. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send out a replacement even though I had trouble uploading pictures of the cracks and scratches, and the replacement arrived tge very next day, which was particular impressive. It arrived perfectly packaged again, and fortunately this time, as pictured it was perfect. This company is very reliable and organised and if you are unfortunate enough to have a damaged one first time I can affirm it will have nothing to do with poor packing or poor business, and more likely to be a feckless delivery driver. My daughter will love this, thank you!
