On my second bottle after being told to take this combo of supplements by my neurologist (not this specific brand). I wanted to do it all in one tablet without other stuff that might interact with my multivitamin or OD me. I take 2 tablets 4x per week and the remaining days I take 1 per night at bed time. No stomach upset for me, just very vibrant pee. Doesn’t taste or smell weird and I’ve noticed a drop in frequency and severity of migraines.

I usually don’t write much reviews but I thought it will be helpful to many who suffer from horrible debilitating Migraines deteriorating quality of life. I had to cut off from my social life because of this. Migraines have been hereditary in my family. More in woman than men. Usual triggers are late meals , skipped meal , too much in the sun/cold , lack of sleep , ofcourse stress. I used to have 3-5 migraines for 3 days in an year but recently I started having hormonal migraines which would last for max of 5 days and the pain would switch sides. I wanted to try neurofeedback, Ayurvedic but none of them is covered under insurance. Every neurologist I visited just gave me pain shots or pain killers. Execedrin works well but I developed chronic hives which is one of its severe side effects. I wanted to search for a solution and started taking notes or when n how severe I am getting migraines and it was mostly before or early days of my periods. I saw that magnesium supplement will help and started searching on amazon. I came across this supplement and I started taking em. I am so happy and excited to say that I have been migraine free for last 2 months from the time I started using. I will update the review but I would tell anybody to try this supplement before any kind of harmful painkillers. I started intermittent fasting 20:4 and I haven’t had any migraine and my hives are totally gone. I don’t have em anymore. Good luck.

This product does very well to help maintain my migraine levels and occurrences. Taste and color are nice. The value is good.
