We purchased this playground as a Christmas gift for our twin grandchildren, who spend their weekdays with us. We were looking for something that could be used indoors during the winter months to keep them active, and this turned out to be a great solution. The twins are only two years old and absolutely fell in love with it the moment they saw it. Assembly took about two hours, and overall, the set feels well-made. I was especially impressed with how well all the pieces fit together. All of the pieces are very smooth, and unlike our previous Pikler set, I don’t foresee any issues with splintering. One piece did crack slightly during assembly, but I believe that was user error; we likely overtightened a screw. Our grandson is fearless and immediately started climbing on everything. Before long, he had made his way to the top and crawled across the monkey bars with ease. The swing, however, is a bit slippery, and since our grandson has always used a safety seat swing in the past, he isn’t yet familiar with how to balance on a standard swing. He fell off the first time he used it and hit the bar that runs along the bottom of the set. To be safe, we removed that bar and placed a cushion there until he gets more comfortable using the swing. His twin sister, on the other hand, had no issues with it at all. The only real design limitation we’ve encountered is that the slide can’t be used at the same time as the swing. Since our granddaughter loves the swing, the slide needed a new home. Thankfully, we already have a Pikler set, and the slide fits perfectly on the triangle, so the problem was easily solved. While the Pikler set originally came with a slide, it was rough, and we never used it, so this actually worked out very well. Overall, this has been a wonderful indoor playset and keeps our grandchildren active and entertained. My only wish is that the slide were designed to stay attached without interfering with the swing, which would make the setup even better.

This was a Christmas present for my 3 and 6 year old and boy, it does not disappoint! The quality is fantastic, and only took my husband around 2-3 hours to build by himself. The size fits perfectly in our newly finished playroom basement. The kids have been going down to play on it everyday since Christmas and both kids can climb to the top (while supervised). My 3 year old does need help to get back down, which is no big deal. The indoor swing is a game changer for anyone who has a child on the spectrum that loves swinging to help with regulation, especially during the long, cold winter months when it’s difficult to get outside. We did tie the swing knots tighter to the top to shorten the rope so the kids don’t touch the bottom bar of the play set while swinging. Also, the fact that the slide can be moved when swinging or using the monkey bars is a great perk and safety must. A win-win for all, kid and parent approved. Their friends can’t wait to come over to play!

Very sturdy, good quality, and easy to assemble

Thrilled with the quality! I put it together with some help. Definitely want to use a power tool to put in the screws, my hands were aching trying to do it by hand, and way too slow! Small children need to be VERY closely supervised. The swing was slippery. Not sure if I put the rock climbing steps on correctly. But matches the instructions pictures. The girls will enjoy this for yeas to come. The cat was also very pleased!

This is a pretty cool and solid little set but I was a little disappointed about some of the nicks and dents in it, especially on the slide. They’re mostly cosmetic so it does not affect the use but it’s pretty expensive for it to not be looked over better before it’s sent out. It was very easy to put together and did not take long so that was nice. One of the poles did split even though we used the tools provided to put it together. My kid is about 32 pounds and it does sway a bit when she swings. Overall I would still recommend it if you aren’t super picky about it being perfect.

We have been looking for a climbing set for many months for our 3 y.o. toddler from various sources including Etsy. We decided to purchase based on the pricing, Amazon delivery, and reviews citing the sturdiness and quality of construction. This took us 4 hours to assemble with two adults. The set comes with IKEA like instructions meaning pictures that you have to pay attention to, look at the details, and have a general comfort level of assembling things in order to get it right. We found the installation time consuming but not difficult. Our set came with all the screws, bolts, and dowels in one bag. Before assembly, we made sure we had all parts for assembly. We noticed that there were three missing insert threads from the predrilled holes in one of the wood poles. This is a crucial piece to manage vibration control and is commonly used to attach to the hex bolts provided. We reached out to customer service and they were very responsive (within hours) to get back to us and resolve our issue, which validated our assessment that we wanted to purchase a set that can be serviced through a reputable stateside seller. Despite the issue, we would recommend this set and feel that this was a fair pricing for the large size. I would recommend a better swing like the other reviewers mentioned, going gentle on the power drill, and making sure you use a tape measure to ensure all the ladder rings are aligned and to determine the spacing needed to set the slide in the middle of the set. You can configure the slide outward or through the middle of the climbing set. The instructions doesn’t indicate this consideration so if you don’t pay attention, you may have to go back and ensure there’s enough space to “hook” the slide to the set. It’s not complicated but if you’re in a rush, then it’s a simple mistake that requires a re-do. Similar sets on Etsy with shipping to the US cost substantially more and take way longer than 2 days to arrive. If you’re a value driven, handy parent and don’t mind the sweat equity to get an affordable sturdy set ... then buy this.
