This prime worked best for me not as a layer under my foundation, but actually mixed with my foundation. One pump is almost too much. Equal amounts of this primer and my foundation give a really natural, bright look without being too shimmery, just a healthy glow. You can pump it onto the back of your hand, along with your foundation, mix it up with a cotton swab or a skincare spatula, and apply how you prefer, with brus, sponge, or fingers. If you think Armani Fluid Sheer was too shiny and glittery, there’s no glitter in the Lune. Will definitely buy this product again.

Works really well at keeping my makeup looking great all day! I have combination skin that’s very oily and I have to use a primer before applying makeup, this one has worked wonders and I’ll absolutely continue to reorder

I love Lune+Aster, so I have to regretfully say that this may be the first product that I'm not totally crazy about. This Lune+Aster HydraGlow Serum Primer is a little too shiny/shimmery for me. Although it is a fantastic primer, the extremely glowy look that it bestows on my complexion needs quite a bit of toning down. To me, it looks like a highlighter. I can't use it all over my face. It feels good on my skin, but it's too dewy/glowy. Nope.

Very happy with this primer! It does help reduce the look of my pores when I have makeup. My skin's complexion looks softer and dewy. Which is very ideal for my very dry skin! I've noticed my makeup looking good for longer, as well. Plus, I also really like that it has benefits for my skin 👍

Honestly I rarely wear foundation but I still like me some primers, especially this one. Gives my skin a soft glow.

I’ve tried a few other Lune + Aster products and enjoyed them. This primer lives up to the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. It feels nice on the skin and wears well under makeup. If you like glowy primers that really do have some shimmer, you will likely be happy with this one too. For me, it’s just a little too shimmery for all-over everyday wear.
