The media could not be loaded.  5/18/2021I just received the vacuum and first off, I love that it comes pretty much ready to use. Mine was charged and I just had to connect the pieces and it was ready to go.I love how small and how much it DOESN’T weigh. It’s really easy to handle and maneuver around furniture and corners.It’s great on the carpet but on the floor it may still need a little more suction. It will pick up a lot of dust and bigger stuff, but I’d have to sweep and mop to get all the little dust off the floors. So no biggie!I did struggle a little with the dust cup. It was suctioned and stuck. Had to open the filter area and push out the lid. Struggled a little but got it open and didn’t break anything.So, I’ll keep “playing” with it and if there is anything I see I’ll update.Another thing I wanted to point out. The comment from that person with the napkin in the dust cup, you are able to open the filter compartment and pull out that part to have more access to the dust cup itself.I added a video. The playback was a little weird. But I disassembled and assembled it so you can see. Hope that helps.

I did a lot research and this vacuum seemed to have the right balance of all aspects (weight, suction power, price, features). I am very satisfied with the purchase!This vacuum is very light, easy to carry around. Suction is adequate for its weight, more than enough for everyday maintenance. I find myself using it more often than any of my corded ones, as it's just easy to pick it up and start the work.Other things I like about it: - Two suction modes; good for preserving some energy? - Battery is OK, lasting long enough for cleaning up my house - Easy to change to other attachment options - Rather quiet compared to all vacuums that I have had - A LED headlight, especially good for cleaning some under bed area - A battery indicator, very intuitive and helpful - Can rest against the wall without the mountCons: - Cleaning the canister is kind of tricky. Definitely need help with some paper. See my picture. Capacity is not enough for serious cleaning job. Changing the filter seems easy, but I accidentally opened up the canister when trying to access the filter...

I received the product last week and have been using it in the past several days. So far I have been very happy with this product, especially compared to the one I had before. First, this product is very light weighted and I can easily handle it with a single hand. Second, the cordless design also allows me to use it for all home areas without worrying about finding a power outlet. Additionally, I can convert it to a hand vacuum because of the 2-in-1 design, plus the combo tool, which has made this product very powerful. I can literally clean everything, indoor, outdoor, floor, ceiling, cabinets, cars, and you name it. There are two power speeds you can choose. Overall I am super happy and this has made home cleaning so much easier for me.

I have used this stick vacuum daily. Sometimes recharging it 2 to three times a day. It is light weight and convenient and easy to take apart to clean. I have 5 indoor dogs so I need all the help I can get! Between this vacuum, 2 Roomba's and a big, heavy Hoover pet vacuum I can sometimes stay ahead of the hair and dirt. I am really disappointed that I didn't pay attention when I purchased this vac that the unit is sealed and there is no way to replace the battery. After reliable, daily use I noticed the vacuum is loosing it's charge more quickly then it did when it was new so when the battery dies this wonderful vacuum will have to be thrown into the trash and into a landfill. More plastic!! When this dies I will be purchasing the comparable Black and Decker with the removable, rechargeable, replaceable battery. The price is about the same and the B&D battery fits my drill and other small tools. As much as I vacuum I have to have a lightweight unit but I am not going to keep throwing them away over a battery. So wasteful. Surprised Kenmore would have such a built in design flaw.

I love this vacuum. My biggest regret is not getting one sooner. It’s so much easier to use than a traditional vac. There is one minor flaw. It doesn’t vacuum while in reverse on hardwoods. The suction is great but the bristles shoot debris out if going backward. So whatever you are vacuuming, make sure it’s in the front. On carpet it doesn’t do this. Again, I love it. The attachments make it easy to use for baseboards or vacuuming a car. You can make it long or short. Very versatile!
