Great for itching

I have terribly dry and itchy scalp. I've tried many products over the years. And have not had very much success. I tried this on a whim because I used to use it way back in the day. Or something similar to it. But I've since developed a fragrance allergy. So I had to stop. This product is so great. I have dreadlocks, so I do not wash my hair every week. But I can wash my hair with this once and it keeps the flakes at Bay for 3 weeks at minimum. It doesn't itch. It doesn't flake. My scalp does not dry out. I suggest giving it a try if you were desperate like I was.There's no fragrance that I can detect. My scalp has no allergic reaction to any fragrance. It does not dry my hair out, it actually makes my hair feel more moisturized. And a little goes a long way. And a little goes a long way.

This really helps with a kind of skin condition on my scalp. I use it with another brand of a medicated shampoo, since it has more of a medicinal smell to it. My hair tends to be on the dry side, so I use a little conditioner, just on the surface of my hair. It’s worth what it costs. Although it does depend on how much you wash your hair, too.

I have used other brands of shampoo with salicylic acid and this one left my hair and scalp dry. I do like that you get a lot for the money. I will mix it with a moisturizing shampoo.
